We found PCM Estate Agents very helpful in marketing and selling our rental property. In a poor market, they found us a buyer and negotiated well on our behalf to ensure we got the best price. They were always responsive and helpful to any queries we might have. The sale went through smoothly and I would definitely use them again.

Buying through PCM was a really smooth experience with excellent communication every step of the way, even those questions we had which were hard, PCM went the extra mile to help us get what we needed.

That were friendly, helpful and professional right throughout the process.

Being a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect but PCM were with me every step of the way, answering all my questions and giving me constant email updates which was such a relief. My first property fell through unfortunately but PCM found me plenty of options right away and I’ve finally moved into my first property! Can’t thank them enough!

Wow what a fantastic service from Michael despite NOT being our agents and a disaster on exchange day Michael arranged for a new solicitor to take over our file and we have now exchanged with an original completion date for next week.
Michael went above and beyond what he had to do despite us not being his clients and kept me updated at all times.

Probably the most stressful experience ever with multiple issues until completion was finally reached and likely only reached with the constant work/chasing of the rest of the chain by Michael and my solicitor.
From the initial marketing, everyone I met at PCM was professional, responsive and helpful, calls and emails were always answered promptly.

Absolute best in the business, we wouldn't dream of using anyone else to buy or sell. These guys and girls not only know their stuff inside out, they are also the most professional, friendly and helpful team. We have now sold and bought two properties with PCM, both of which ended up being fairly complicated chains, and were so grateful to have their invaluable insight, professionalism and guidance. They really do get the job done and are responsive, efficient and always such a pleasure to deal with. Viewings are conducted with the upmost professionalism, valuations are fair and honest and negotiations that can be often be tense and stressful are made so much easier by PCMs amazing communication, calmness and efficiency. Sarah was so helpful during our last sale, we always knew what was happening and that everyone was working hard to get the deal done.
