We bought our house with Just Property and we were very pleased with the service. Ben at the Fairlight branch was extremely helpful, taking time to show us around multiple properties in the area before we found the house we wanted. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend Just Property for anyone buying or selling a property.

The team where great from start to end. They helped with getting a lot of viewings for my property when I was selling and the communication and proactiveness from the team from the very start right up to completion was highly professional. They kept me at ease through the whole process as this was my first time selling a property. I would highly recommend using Just Property for any property needs! Shout out to Kyle and to Ashley as well for being my Sales Progressor!

Issey and the team were extremely helpful, supportive and reassuring. Issey was particularly responsive to all of our enquiries. (And even contacted us on one of her non-working days) with news of our exchange date, which was much appreciated.
Despite some delays which were beyond their control, we were kept updated with the progress of our chain and received a very professional service.

Colin and the team at Just Property were excellent dealing with our purchase. We have had a bit of a long process to say the least to get to exchange however that is not down to the control of Just Property. Ashley and then Colin were extremely responsive, always keeping us up to date where new information was available and set realistic expectations. We didn't sell with Just Property as we are relocating from a different area, but rest assured when our time comes to sell again, we will use Just Property.

We purchased our first home through JP and the entire experience was brilliant.

We called on a whim one Saturday in October and were booked in for a viewing just a few hours later. We made our first offer the same day, and were guided through a small negotiating period by Kyle - he was very honest, forthcoming and put us at ease.

JP were able to arrange a second viewing further along the buying process and anytime we needed further information from our sellers, they were able to pass on and resolve the query quickly.

Close to exchange there were some slight issues with our seller’s new property and their local searches. This delayed the process, but Colin was communicating between all parties constantly and was a tremendous help.

We collected our keys (with a complimentary bottle) and are very happy! We will definitely look to use Just Property if we were to move in the future!

Having sold our last house with Just property 21 years ago it only seemed right to use them again. From the moment we met Austin, we felt relaxed. We had an offer within two weeks of marketing.
All the staff have been amazing. Nothing ever too much trouble. Everything is dealt with professionally from start to finish.

The agent, Austin, was very approachable and friendly and assessed the bungalow thoroughy before sitting down for a detailed talk. After going through his findings and presenting the options, I came away with a clear picture of my situation and felt able to make my next move. I can whole heartedly recommend Austin to anyone needing help and advice.

All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. From my first encounter with the company where one of the agents made an itinerary for me, including telling me where to park and allowing enough time to travel and get a coffee between viewings, right through to the eventual completion of my property purchase, the communication has been excellent. Every email or call has been immediately responded to, the staff have offered wisdom and good advice and I trust and like them. I can totally recommend this company.

Colin and his team provided great support to us in selling our family home in Hastings Old Town. They were very personable, communication was excellent, they were very accommodating to our requirements and they responded very quickly to any queries and actions. They demonstrated a very good understanding of the market and secured us a good deal.

Every stage of the process showed a high standard of teamwork. The team is important when you are desperate for information and the person who normally deals with you is busy.

We have just sold our flat in Hastings in a difficult market. Throughout the several months it was for sale Just Property team were professional, hard working, friendly and persistent. This is what you want when especially when any sale is hard won. The team have an in depth knowledge of the town’s property market which is very reassuring for clients. Having an office in a prominent location in the old town is a definite plus, even in the era of Rightmove.

Had hoped to review earlier than this, and I don't do this often, but everyone we dealt with at Just Property were fantastic. We had not considered JP for selling our property which is a shame considering how great they were with our purchase. Would not hesitate to use them for selling our property in the future (albeit not for many years to come)!
