What an efficient, helpful and friendly company. There was a problem with the package due to rough handling from the mail delivery service and 'JustSeed' sorted it out straight away - with no fuss. Thank you.

Prompt delivery from past experience excellent seed quality and clear and accurate information on the seed packets.

very reasonably priced and quick to arrive

My original order was lost by Royal Mail. When I contacted JustSeeds they responded immediately and replaced my order…which did arrive successfully this time.
Can’t comment on the seeds, as haven’t planted them yet, but can’t fault customer services. If the seeds are anywhere near as good, will definitely be using them in the future.

order got out in good time even though i ordered on christmas eve..never had to deal with customer service as service was good..but going by my experience i bet it wouldve been good.

Good selection of products at very reasonable prices, quick delivery and great customer service. A member of the team was very quick to reply to my email and correct a small issue I had with my order. I've yet to sow my seeds but so far a happy customer.
