Excellent Customer Service, Top Quality Items!
The service is always warm and friendly. The quality of the items is top-notch. The presentation and packaging when they arrived were lovely and really adds to the experience.

I love that Juvi do these Simple Fine Chains, in two different lengths .. they're very delicate so gotta be very gentle handling them when they're on! as I learned to my cost when I wore mine in a Spin class & adjusted its position on my neck. They're simple but with periodic slightly different links, if that makes sense; not just a basic chain but reasonably priced. When placing the order, I requested that the outer packaging be kept to a minimum as I didn't see the sense of a huge box for such small items > my wish was granted 🪄 and my chains in their individual little pouches were posted in a neat jiffy envelope. Also, I love the 2 Juvi charms I received from family for my birthday.

I bought a angel pendant for a friend who lost her mother and she was absolutely thrilled with it. I have two myself for my parents. The quality is very good and the service is very good

Easy to purchase from and quick delivery

Very efficient to deal with and so beautifully packaged on arrival and it felt very much like it had the personal touch which I love as it was clear great care and attention had gone into wrapping etc. I really love my purchase and it was a very pleasant experience overall and as it was my first time buying with Juvi online it was very reassuring that everything went smoothly and so efficiently and arrived so promptly. And as previously mentioned the all important personal touch so important and evident too. 5 stars for sure from me! 💖💫

I am not happy with the shine of stones I got in my ring. Garnet stone was ok but other stone looks like scratches inside although smooth from outside. It makes over all look of ring not valuable I paid for.
I have expected better quality stones than this.

I love the jewelry from Juvi Designs, the pieces are very delicate and original. I had bought some earrings and a necklace last year (because I only allow myself that kind of out-of-budget purchase when there are sales like the Black Friday one), and they haven’t moved a bit, I am very happy with them, so I know the ones I just bought will be the same! There was an issue with my order and the customer support person was very reactive and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Also, they offer an option for less packaging, which is great, and the jewels still come very nicely packed in small pouches and beautiful light wrapping paper.

I bought online and received next day delivery. Really great quality jewellery. I originally went into the store in Arnotts and Nur was really helpful for what I was looking for. I didn't buy on that day as black Friday was the following week. When I went back on the day before Black Friday there was a different lady there and she didn't have any interest in helping me with what I was looking for and she was really confused about which products I wanted to buy, so instead I decided to buy online instead of instore.
