Get a better delivery company than post NL. I have no idea where they put my order.

Super snelle service en levering maar ook een klein minpuntje, dat er steeds vaker producten zijn die over datum zijn. Maar verder tevreden.

Het leuke van k-ramen is dat je een heleboel originele producten kan krijgen die niet in de toko's te krijgen zijn.
Mijn order was snel klaar en ik vond de gift echt top! Super tevreden, dankjewel!!!

Je n’ai pas reçu ma commande,ou on m’a fourni un mauvais numéro de suivi, ou ma commande a été envoyé à un autre destinataire, j’attends encore de voir de quoi il s’agit.
J’ai commandé pour le nord est de la France, m’a commandé est arrivé dans une commune inconnu du sud est, d’après les informations de suivi, et selon chronopost à un nom totalement différent.

I order from them and had the most terrible experience online shopping. First all the instant noodles are out of stock and they just refunded and not allowed me to cancel the order. When I got the rest of the items, 12 of them are expired at least 1 month or longer. I wrote to them and send them picture of the items and they never replied. I will never buy from them anymore.

Købte en del ting, fordi mange var billige. Efter at have betalt fik jeg refunderet halvdelen af varerne, fordi de åbenbart var udsolgt. Resten af varerne har enten udløbsdato inden for få dage/uger, eller udløb for et par måneder siden.
Hold jer væk!

Bought quite a lot of stuff, since there were some very cheap noodles. After completing the order, half was refunded though because they apparently was out of stock. The rest of the food items was mostly expired few months ago or within a few days or weeks from delivery.
Stay away!

I got several expired products and there was no warning displayed at the items on their online webshop at the time I ordered.

I sent K-Ramen an e-mail about this but there was no response from them.
I used to order frequently but now I won't order here anymore.

Ich habe Buldak Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen bestellt. Es war angegeben Je 3* Hot Chicken Ramen Verfalldatum mit 15.11.24 bereits über drei Wochen abgelaufen, für 95 Cent. So habe ich 16*3=48 Einheiten bestellt und entsprechend 25,15 Euro inklusive Versandkosten umgehend per PayPal bezahlt. Recht zügig erhielt ich ein Paket, allerdings nur mit 16 Päckchen dieser abgelaufenen Nudeln. Ich reagierte sofort und habe 5 Minuten nach Erhalt eine Email geschickt und auch schnell eine erste Antwort eines Mitarbeiter der Firma erhalten, er wolle sich um die Angelegenheit kümmern. Nach zweimaliger Rückfrage kam dann die Antwort es seinen nicht 3 Päckchen Nudeln, sondern 3Xspicy Nudeln und nur ein Paket. Das ist sehr verwirrend im Angebot dargestellt und der Preis ist für bereits 3 Wochen abgelaufene Ware teuer. Ein anderer Anbieter bietet die gleichen Nudeln für 80 Cent das Paket an, aber dann sind sie mit gut 6 Wochen mit kurzem Haltbarkeitsdatum. Bei abgelaufener Ware bietet dieser Anbieter für 2,50 per 5 St. an und die Portokosten sind auch wesentlich geringer. In weiteren Emails und Anrufversuchen bat ich um einen Lösungsvorschlag. Entweder Retoure bei voller Erstattung, oder eine entsprechende Anzahl zusätzlicher Nudeln ( egal welche Geschmacksrichtung von Buldak ). Auf alle Versuche erhalte ich jedoch keine Antwort mehr.
Ich werde wohl auf PayPal eine Reklamation aufmachen müssen, wenn sich keiner meldet.
***Ich muss mich entschuldigen den Namen des Mitarbeiters genannt zu haben, da dies wohl nicht erlaubt ist, habe ich ihn gelöscht.
In den AGB der Firma findet sich keine refund/shipping Kosten Information, deshalb gehe ich von der Rechtslage aus einen kostenlosen Umtausch zu erhalten.
Die Firma vetritt die Ansicht, ein Umtausch/refund sei nach Versand Nicht möglich.

Leider keine Ware bekommen und Geld ist auch noch nicht zurück. Paket ging einfach so zurück bevor es bei mir ankam. Darauf hin verlangte ich mein Geld zurück und die drohten mir. Meinten es wäre mein verschulden das es nicht ankam wollten das Paket prüfen. Bis heute keine Reaktion von denen ihrer Seite noch Geld zurück ich würde mir zweimal überlegen da zu bestellen! Stand von 26.12.24.
P.s. Meine order nummer bekommt ihr nicht ihr habt die ja schon längst ihr solltet mal eure Emails bearbeiten und antworten und nicht ignorieren und drohen

A couple of months ago, I placed an order using the same account and address as always. However, DPD was unable to contact me because K-ramen not only provided the wrong address but also failed to pass my phone number to the courier. The delivery was significantly delayed as a result.

I contacted the store, provided them with the correct address, and they assured me it would not happen again. Yet, IT HAPPENED again with my very next order. Before placing the order, I was concerned they might mess it up again, so I triple-checked that all my details were entered correctly. Despite this, the order was delayed for almost a week.

When I finally received my order, I had a short chat with the courier, who informed me that this issue is a recurring problem with this store.

Prices were good and shipping was also reasonable, everything arrived well packaged and secure. However, I purchased these items to give as a Christmas gift and all of the expiration dates/BBDs were before or on Christmas. I find this unacceptable, I purchased these items at the end of November, which meant that they only had a few weeks left on their BBD. One of the listings now has a lower price and displays a disclaimer that the BBD is "December 2024," but this was not present at the time of my order and I paid full price. I am very disappointed and will likely find somewhere else to order from in the future.

It was perfect, conservation of the aliments, communication via the service of transport, etc. Nothing to say except Thank you !

If you're craving authentic Korean ramen, this place hits the mark! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the broths are rich and flavorful, with a nice balance of spice and depth.

Habe gestern bestellt und keine 15 Stunden später die Produkte erhalten. Auch die Glasflasche ist heil geblieben. Kann ich mir empfehlen. Auch Kontakt war super, als ich meine Bestellung ändern wollte.
