Everything went great!

I have ordered some pickled radish (4 packs) because it is mentioned on the website that the product is from South Korea. Once received, I was very disappointed to see that it was from China. I have paid a higher price to get a product that I could have bought in my local store. Misleading information on the website, should double check the information you are giving to customers.

Everything came well packed and came very quickly, even though I live in the Azores, unfortunately shipping is quite expensive but it's worth it.

GENIAL! Ich habe mal auf Probe einige Artikel die ich in der Schweiz nicht erhalte bestellt. Ich bin begeistert.🙃 Es sind die identischen Produkte, die ich noch vor 2 Wochen in Seoul genoss. Werde bestimmt noch mehr bestellen. Einfache, unkomplizierte und rasche Abwicklung. Tolle Produktauswahl zu fairen Preisen. (Hangover Produkte wäre noch das *i*Tüpfelchen)😉

It took 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. Since my order destination was outside of EU I contacted the company to request the VAT charges back as I had to pay the VAT charges again in Switzerland. They refused to do so, which is illegal. Also, their website during the checkout stage and even now at the order section shows that no additional fees need to be paid upon receiving the product, however I had to pay additional 35 EUR processing fees when I received the order. I notified them about it, but they ignored it stating that additional charges may apply. This is cheeky as when you pay for the order they lie to you just to point you later to the statement which states the opposite that the additional chareges might apply. I filed a complain about such unethical behavior to the European Customer Protection office, hopefully this will help to prevent such practices in future.

The online shop experience and delivery time were both great. The product prices are decent and the selection is unmatched, I haven't seen any other EU supplier offer this level of variety.

They even threw in some free chopsticks and snacks with my order, which is always appreciated.

I just wish they offered free EU delivery past a certain order value because I can only justify paying ~€30 in shipping fees for really, *really* large orders, which I make like once a year at most.

The site was easy to understand and I found products that are limited. I am also very happy with the costumer service. when I asked to add something to my order, they understood and immediately gave me a QR-code to scan which made the transaction easy and fast. The order arrived fast and in good condition with even an extra gift!
I will definitely order again.

The have a really big selection, I bought way more than I first expected and I’m really happy with it all! I couldn’t wait for it to come, and luckily I didn’t had to wait because before I knew it I already had it! Products are good and the price seems good!
