do not order from these very rude no communication ordered oven and hob 1 month ago rang up around 30 times told same thing every single day that we will get email in 24 hours when getting delivered no email so 4 weeks later cancelled my order and now have to wait get refund to be processed shud be refunded straight away all messing round never experienced this in my life was so stressful ringing and communicating with them

Sadly, as standard with most businesses, while we can process the refund on our end quickly, depending on your particular bank, it can take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account. This is not just with us, but many other businesses will advise of a similar wait-time when claiming a refund. We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Fabulous product

Only got a coffee machine and toaster set from kaiser, but really felt like leaving a review as the staff in showroom were very friendly, even though I couldn’t pick it up in the shop, they took my order in person and a couple of days later the items turned up! Very happy, the missus also buzzing with her new espresso maker

Great Service
So I opted for a new hob and cooker hood as our previous appliances were starting to get on a bit. I came across Kaiser online and the pricing seemed fair, so I thought I'd give it a try. Great appliances; the quality is definitely german - solid stuff, built to last. My fitter was able to install them with great care, and they're all still holding up great. The delivery was smooth, and the team were really friendly, easily reachable, and quick to reply on email and call. I'm very happy with my purchase and would be glad to recommend to anyone I know. A very smart looking hob that works well.
I had a very easy experience with the ordering & delivery of my hob. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fitted for a few weeks but has been in place now for a week & I love it. Easy to use. Looks great too.

I’m very impressed with my Kaiser kitchen hood. The functionality is outstanding — powerful extraction and a sleek design that fits perfectly in my kitchen. The delivery was reliable and right on time, with excellent packaging to keep everything safe. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. Although Kaiser doesn't have a show room in Scotland, the London team were super helpful when I called them pre and post sale and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Highly recommend Kaiser if you want top-tier products backed by genuinely great support.

Overall very pleased with the purchase. I was drawn to Kaiser as part of my search for a cooker hood with stronger suction power. Delivery was smooth and quick; suction power does not disappoint; build looks good; reasonably priced. Installation handled by kitchen installer so not sure about details but installation was smooth as well.

Great Cooker Hood Overall
Overall, the Kaiser AT 7435 Eco is a stylish and powerful cooker hood that performs very well. It clears steam and cooking smells quickly, and the touch controls and lighting are great. The installation guide isn’t very clear, so setup took longer than expected, and the highest fan mode is a bit noisy. But once installed, it works excellently and is a solid addition to the kitchen.

Lovely customer reps
Lovely customer reps, quick to respond to emails, always happy to help over the phone, kept following up during the whole order process. Great after sale care given. Delivery was smooth, although had a slight mishap as I had booked wrong day and wasnt in. Appliances are great, they look and feel the part, and the family is loving te kitchen so always a bonus !

Had an issue with kettle. Spoke to an advisor. They dealt with the problem fast and efficiently which was a weight of my mind. Highly recommend them. Great products. I bought the kettle and toaster in silver.

Kaiser Avantgarde Pro 90cm Eco Cooker Hood
I bought an extractor fan for £380 from a different company at first. When it came considering I paid nearly £400 it was absolutely useless!! Sent it back straight away and started doing some research. I came across kaiser and saw that they had extremely high air flow rates and their cooker hoods were also very beautiful. I purchased one for around £700 and I kid you not it’s the best purchase iv ever made! It’s absolutely amazing!!! The extraction power is brilliant and it looks so much better in person! So happy with my purchase.
The only criticism I have is it’s quite noisy but that sort of power i wasn’t expecting it to be silent. Will most definitely purchase from kaiser again!
The delivery was also very good.

Impressive gas oven
Very good ordering experience with Kaiser UK. I was having a new kitchen fitted and the requested time of arrival would have been ideal. The delivery firm were proactive and kept me informed of what was happening. One hour before the expected delivery, the firm phoned me to say the oven was damaged and could not be delivered. They told me that they had informed Kaiser about the problem. Three days later I tried phoning Kaiser and was told” number not available”. I then used the e-mail address and within a couple of hours received a vey helpful message back with an apology. The delivery firm had already given me one. Kaiser told me that the had not been notified that there was a problem and they would get back to me shortly. There was a delay before the failure of delivery was acknowledged. The oven duly arrived at a later time. Unfortunately, the kitchen fitters had to stop the work and return at another time. It is for this reason that I gave a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating. However my dealings with both Kaiser itself and the delivery firm were polite and ultimately efficient.

Due to their high performance and powerful extraction capabilities, we strongly recommend that they be hardwired into your electrical system by a qualified electrician. During installation, the EU plug should be removed to ensure a safe and efficient connection to your household wiring. Hardwiring not only ensures optimal performance but also provides a cleaner appearance with no visible plugs or wires.
