We are very pleased with the firepit we purchased. It's a good quality item and as described on the website and is solid and makes an attractive addition to our outside seating area. Great value compared to other sellers, and a very smooth and fast delivery process where we were kept informed of progress from order through to delivery. Highly recommended

Great service but unfortunately a number of tabs were ripped off in today's winds (45mph).

Excellent service would highly recommend.

Product broke within the first 24hrs (hadnt even been delivered 24hrs) contacted the company to try and come to a conclusion, however I only had one reply offering no help - very poor customer service. Product advertised for storm protection with no disclaimers to not use in adverse weather. Not suitable for wind, would probably be ok if just raining.

The spark arrester doesn’t stop rain coming in down the flu. I initially thought water was coming in down through double collar flu into stove but it wasn’t. I messaged and emailed my concerns several times and no answer. Water did just come through diesel arrester. It was rude just to be totally ignored with my concern. I’m getting g a rain cap now.

The item was fine but communication hasn't been so good, no replies to either of the emails I have sent.

Really friendly persons when I called to check on shipping costs to Aberdeenshire (no charge) and fast delivery. The bell tent itself seems good quality was very easy to put up single handed and our Beaver Scouts loved it. Highly recommend this company and the bell tent.

Quality item, only improvement would be for it be possible to open a couple of the windows fully rather than with just the mossie mesh.
