Excellent experience

Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff making for a very pleasurable shopping experience

Koren was excellent at running this experience - she was knowledgeable, insightful and really cared about what I liked and didn't like. I was a little nervous that all the cases might look a little big on my wrist, but she encouraged me to try them all with different strap options to show they don't wear as big as I thought they did. I brought a friend along and we were both offered drinks multiple times throughout.
Koren did start by managing expectations, saying that some of their watches weren't in stock at the time of the experience so depending on which watch I chose, I may not be able to take it away that day. This was the case when I settled on my Sinclair. She did apologise for the delay and kindly offered a couple of leather Kartel keyrings to myself and my friend as way of an apology which was lovely.
She was also excellent at managing other customers popping in for a browse whilst the experience was on - this didn't dampen the experience and gave me time to try a couple of different watch/strap combinations myself.
Upon leaving, both myself and my friend had said that the experience was excellent, and even though he isn't particularly into watches, had told me he'd really enjoyed being a part of it - Koren is a credit to the store and really made the whole day, thank you!

We had an amazing time at Kartel choosing our watches. Koren looked after us from the moment we walked in and made the whole experience special. She was friendly, patient and clearly knew her stuff, talking us through the different watch types and strap options and helping us find combinations that suited us perfectly. She never rushed us and clearly loves what she does. We left absolutely delighted with our watches. Highly recommend Kartel to anyone looking for a quality timepiece or a great shopping experience. Thank you Koren, we will definitely be back.

Excellent service and enjoyable experience

From the warm welcome, to walking out with a stunning new watch, this was a lovely experience. I could easily have easily spent longer talking about, straps and styles with Koren, a very personable and knowledgeable member of the Kartel team. The Munro 282 is my second Kartel watch. It will not be my last. Be Happy

The order was delivered in a reasonable time and we'll packaged, and they kept you up to date.

Received a voucher for a watch experience though to time constraints I instead bought a watch online. Initially there was a small issue with communication on my order although quickly resolved by a call from Kartel, as the strap I ordered was out of stock. However the girl I spoke to kept me up to date and watch arrived. Overall great service and I look forward to visiting the St Andrews store at a later date.

Dale was extremely helpful in helping me select a watch for my son's 30th. I am super happy with our selection and the technical info he provided.Many thanks indeed.

Both Karen (who handled most of my experience) and Dale, both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a hindrance to them, they accommodate my every need.
Their communication was excellent and delivery was as agreed, on time and secure. Looking for a new watch, then get in contact with Kartel.

Extremely disappointing experience. My partner and I attended the London Watch Experience, and it was nothing like it was advertised. The person running the experience had very little knowledge of watches, every watch we were interested in was out of stock, and the engraving machine wasn’t even working. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and a waste of time. We made a formal complaint, and the owner, Dale, called us and agreed to give us a full refund. He promised to call back to arrange it but has since ignored all of our messages and phone calls. We’re still waiting for the refund that was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and will now be taking the matter further.

We did the watch experience and it was nothing like what the Internet explained. They had nothing in stock. The shop had been robbed before we turned up. We’ve been in contact with the owner for a refund and now he’s ignoring all messages and calls.

I would not recommend buying any experience from Cartel Watches.

We booked this as a birthday experience for my spouse and purchased three watches. At the time of purchase, none of the watches were in stock. The shop assistant told us they would be delivered to our address within two weeks.

After following up, we were told there would be another delay and that delivery would take about a month instead. It has now been over two months, and we still haven’t received the watches.

We’ve tried contacting the shop multiple times, but our calls have been ignored and we haven’t received any meaningful updates.

Overall, this experience has been disappointing and stressful, and based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

I worked with Dale at the St. Andrews store and he was very knowledgeable and great. I bought a beautiful watch and was treated wonderfully. I am looking forward to buying several more items, in the future.

From start to finish this small unique personal day was fantastic and made so much better by the host Dale. Fantastic experience for both me and my father. I would highly recommend this to all who can be lucky enough to be able to do such things in life.
