As soon as I walked in the man behind the counter introduced himself, offered drinks and made me comfortable in the shop, which isn’t easy to do since i’m awkward. He then told me the history of the watches and all the prices and gave me the ability to mix and match what I wanted. Very interesting and sleek designs would go again.

Ordered watch online which took only around 5 days to arrive,very pleased with the watch and service involved.watch came in a pouch which was disappointing as would have prereffered a watch box.Spoke to assistant from Kartel Watches and he said would try to get one,but still heard nothing.

The welcome by Karen followed by excellent customer service delivered in a relaxed manner, never rushed, taking our time.

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated so well , I was greeted with a warm welcome and a choice of local refreshments, Our host walked us through the fascinating 250-year history of local watchmaking before we got hands-on. I can only say I’m absolutely over the moon with my watch which was a present for my 50th Birthday

Excellent watch making session and great idea for something a wee bit different. Koren was extremely helpful and welcoming and we were well looked after. Personalised engraving was also a nice touch along with the whisky and beer. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we're all happy with our purchases. Would highly recommend this for others.

A really good afternoon spent at the King’s Cross office
We got there early and asked the staff member if we could be seen early
He made a few adjustments and saw us
He went through the different styles ,straps and buckles and was patient
The most important thing to me was no pressure selling just advice and patience to let us choose
My wife and I walked out with smiles on our faces

Amazing experience with Dale at the shop in St Andrews. The watch building experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dale took us through the company history, then went through the many combinations available. Great visit and would highly recommend to anyone with even a slight interest in watches! The watch is also fantastic! Great addition to the collection. Will definately be back for more

I went to the StAndrews store today with a prearranged appointment and was greeted by Koren who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the company and the watches and accessories,on arrival i was offered a beer or a malt from a great selection of whiskey's unfortunately i had to have a coffee as i was driving!! the shop is a beautiful well laid out watch boutique worthy of a top class establishment anywhere in the world, I thought i had a watch in mi d but Koren took the time to show me watch faces straps and buckles....after 20 minutes I had decided and purchased a watch which caught my eye!
We left then returned after 20 minutes for a pair of sunglasses for my wife that she had her eye on!!
Well worth a visit...the quality of the watch is fantastic and the service Koren gave was outstanding!!

This was the best watch experience which over exceeded my expectations. Great hospitality the moment we walked in, and Daniel made us all feel welcome and explained everything so well. I ended up taking home a great watch. Highly recommend for a fun experience and for all the watch enthuaists.

Lovely afternoon in St Andrews branch, choosing the style of watch I wanted. Greeted firstly by sitting having a coffee and chat. Followed by a glass of Prosecco whilst deciding on my design of watch and engraving. Very lovely experience, have recommended to friends and family as this was my second visit.

The watch building experience is actually just picking the watch face ,strap and buckle and they put it together. I bought the automatic watch(there dearest watch) which has a miyota 8215 movement, a tough reliable movement used in many budget and entry level watches, the watch wasn't in so it had to be delivered, it turned up in a fake leather wallet instead of a proper box, they are advertised as limited edition with certificate. There was no cert, I emailed on the 8th had a reply on the 12th asking for a contact number which I sent it is now the 24th and no one has bothered contacting me. It feels like they have my £560 and are now not interested. Overall opinion, overpriced for what it is, terrible after sales, would never recommend as there are better option available

Was give a voucher by my Children as part of my 55th Birthday as they wanted to get me something memorable, and Kartel have delivered on this. The watch I have chosen is both stylish and eye catching. From placing the order to receiving the watch was 24 hrs and really impressed by the service and packaging of the watch in a leather pouch.

It was a really enjoyable experience! The appointment was at 10.30 in the morning, a bit early to take advantage of his extensive range of malt whiskies. I had received the Kartel voucher from my son and met Dale, who was very pleasant and informative, in the St. Andrew's shop. He made me feel welcome and l thoroughly enjoyed the session, finding out about the different tyes of watches which he sold. I then chose one and had the message my son had chosen engraved on a watch back as a keepsake! A really interesting experience!
