Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Apparently watch making a different product. The host was friendly and knowledgeable. Not a lot to choose from. Luckily I fou d 2 2atchesto come away with. Hospitality could be better, only offered one drink

What a lovely experience!
What a lovely experience this was. The service was superb from beginning to end. We were made most welcome with a drink. The sales girl was most knowledgeable and assisted me in picking and building a lovely watch. I will treasure it always. It was a lovely gift from my wife. This was the St.Andrews shop. I can thoroughly recommend.

After a couple of supply problems, my second choice of watch was sent, arrived on the date and time promised, so all good.

Not worth it
The experience lasted only 15 minutes. I got to choose the watch body and the strap and to tell them what to engrave on it. A week later still haven't received the watch. There is not much to this experience. Not worth it.

Watch battery replacement
The Kartel team replaced my watch battery and punched new holes into my straps for me by post and all at a very reasonable price.

It's been 3 weeks since I visit the…
It's been 3 weeks since I visit the shop and ordered the the watch, very limited selection to choose, I felt it is not worth the trip to London for the watch and don't have the steel bracelet in stock so still waiting to get the watch delivered, I was told that meanwhile, they will sent leather belt as complimentary and watch and once they get the metal bracelet, it will be posted separately, probably in June.

The watches are fabulous
The watches are just lovely, and the ladies in the shop were great. But there was something missing. My father and I really enjoyed the experience but as I say, there was something missing that wouold have made it outstanding. I can't put my finger on what that thing is... so not very helpful. A bit of music would have helped.
