Very bad, feeling like I have been conned money taken but no delivery of shoes, ordered back in April now nearing the end of June. Don't waste your money on something you are not getting.

Order shoes back in May,
Have not received them,

Not worthy of 1 star. Ordered 30th April received nothing. Tracking doesn't work obviously a scamming company.. check my account regularly.now to make sure they've not taken any more cash A Green

It's a scam. No products are delivered and I've obviously lost my money. I think they're closed now as all emails bounce back. Hope there's an investigation happening.

The company is bogus wish I had also read the reviews. sent money no shoes, just a scam, but that doesn't get your money back !!!

Ordered a pair of sandals on the 2nd may should have atleast arrived by the 16th still no sign wish i had read reviews before i placed the order seems that they are a bogus company and im not the only person with the same problem buyer beware!!

I order 2 pairs of shoes for £33 on 27th April they i check my shop said was delivered on 21st May they were not delivered to me i try to email the company coming up couldn't receive my email got them of Facebook I'm very Angry and upset about this

Ordered a pair of shoes 6weeks ago still waiting and cannot get in touch with the company , they have taken my money and now nothing !!!

Like soooo many others, been scammed big time, hope they're happy with all the hassle and hurt they cause so very many people, avoid like the plague

I ordered 2 shoes on 24th April and I am still waiting. This is a scam!! Their email address does not work it bounced back; and phone number is in Brazil and none of them work. This is a SCAM dont trust KASSFOOTWEAR

This company is not genuine. I wish I had read reviews before ordering the shoes I have not received. I hope whoever is behind those scammers get their comeuppance BIG TIme

Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes on April 29th have not received shoes and getting mo replies to my emails..wish I had read reviews before ordering..paid £33.98 plus £1.99 for assured delivery...disgusting company.

I can't understand how this company is allowed to advertise and take money from people. I ordered a pair of sandals 2 weeks ago ,I immediately received the response thank you for your order,the payment of 19.99 has been taken from my account and now nothing and no response to the emails I send .How can you justify recommending this obviously fraudulent company? You regularly ask me for feedback because I shop a lot on line but I am sorry I have lost all respect for you and your support for on line shoppers.

Zero stars if possible. Ordered some flip-flop sandals and they’ve never arrived. Luckily only £19.99 but definitely been scammed. They sent me an email thanking me for my order but that’s it. Suspicious after sending emails and been told it was invalid. I’ll have to contact my bank as paid via card. I usually do Apple Pay now

I ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong size. Have sent email and online contact form but still no response. If I had known I would not have ordered from them.

This company needs closing down. I ordered some wegde flip flops . Quick to take your money but goods never even shown. Tried contacting them several times but no one replied . Disgusting
