I ordered a nice belt before Christmas. It never arrived. I contacted Kazartt and they arranged to send a new one. It arrived and is very nice. So I rate their service on 5! Quick reaction on my email and they offered a solution

I should call it cordial (cordial, hartelijk)
and that's a niece experience

Amazing customer service! DPD messed up the original delivery (not sure how, it just disappeared..), but communication with Guillaume was super smooth - he checked what went wrong, offered a refund and eventually sent me another belt, which arrived very quickly. And yes, the belt with little bikes is a perfect gift for any cyclist :)

The 'determination' belt is a great gift for my cyclist hubbie! I love that it's unique to Kazartt and made in Europe. Quick delivery and great quality!

Guillaume help me so so much!
Very fast and very professional, very good service!

The belt was sent out very quickly after I placed the order. It is of the highest quality, beautifully made and it is just what you can see on the pictures. I love the leather and you can feel it is made with love and care and I highly highly recommend the product and the customer care! The belt is great for gifts - I've chosen the design with bikes as my husband whom I ordered it for loves cycling and it is a great way to incorporate his passion into a daily life of an IT guy :)

Super special and personalized in our case because it was for a Triathlete who loves having his 3 sports very present! Client attention 100% nice and fast!

Super ceinture !

Merci !
