Ordered a wort chiller, all grain kit and some brewing chemicals from Keg That. Wort chiller looks to be well made and time and care has been taken to construct it. Other items are well packaged and clearly labelled. Would have given 5 stars however, there was no follow up communication from the company to say that item had been dispatched. I ordered on the 3/1/21 and item arrived on 12/1/21. I didn’t mind the items arriving later than usual as there are delays with most homebrewing companies due to the volume of orders but would have been nice to receive some form of communication to say that my order had been dispatched just so I was kept up to date with its status. Overall was happy with the service provided and would recommend Keg That.

OK. So maybe 1 star is not a fair score. Ordered and received my delivery. Someone even rang first! So it's all good. Delivery comes. Looks OK. Come to use pressure barrel, no lock bolt for the valve. Emailed a few times and was offered a £40.00 credit, and a refund on the barrel. No responses to my emails asking how I can use the credit. Account log in has gone. Ben maybe a nice bloke and amazing at his job. But I have been polite in my emails and feel like I have been ignored. Hopefully he see this and has a moment of clarity.
UPDATE.
Following my feedback, I have had a few emails back and forth. It appears there has been some IT issues that have not helped. In all fairness they have now rectified the situation.
