I was in an awful position. Kelly helped me get out as quickly as possible. She was kind and forthright, which was exactly what I needed, and she's still helping me now. Would give 10 stars if that was possible.

Kelly has been absolutely fantastic throughout all of this so far, from being disturbed at silly o'clock in the morning when she got the first phone call to even now always available at the end of the phone. She made the whole situation feel that little bit better knowing someone who knows they're job is fighting for you. Would highly recommend with hesitating
