Kelly was very helpful, and once she had taken my partners' case, things really moved on. My partner had to change his solicitor as he felt the ones' he had, weren't doing anything, even though they had been on the case over 12 months. Kelly took my partner on and within six months of taking his case on, everything had been sorted and finished, enabling my partner to start to rebuild his life. Kelly kept me informed at the same time as keeping my partner informed, at his request.
