Kelvin at Home Customer Services were most helpful when I contacted them to buy a kitchen cupboard to match those we already had in our new home. The cupboard was in fact for the utility room.

They looked up their files to see which cupboards, handles and doors had been fitted in our new house. I was then offered a few sizes of suitable cupboards and told the prices of each.

I made my choice and paid for the item. The process of delivery was explained to me and I was emailed the details.

I found the whole process simple and the staff member I dealt with was helpful, efficient, friendly and professional.

It made a nice change to be able to speak to someone rather than doing it on line.

Yea great service but delivery costs expensive as I only stay 15 mins away .

Hi I ordered the worktops and within a few hours I had the price for the worktops and delivery date confirmed

So reassurring that having purchased a piece of furniture a number of years ago you can still obtain replacement fittings. Door handle broke, ordered replacement which was reasonably priced and it arrived the next day. Very very pleased

Ordered three kitchen door handles on 03/05/2022 and still not arrived 25/05/2022 paid £7 postage but was not told currier was walking !!!

My kitchen was already in my house when we moved in, but I wanted another unit to finish it of, emailed kelvin kitchens, they were very helpful my order was made up for me with all the extras needed to finish off the job, kept in touch by email until my unit was delivered, The two lads who delivered were polite and courteous.

Helpful staff on phoneline. Easy to navigate website. very prompt and accurate delivery. Have dealt with them on several occasions.

They were very helpful, although they gave the wrong address to the delivery service, they tried to fix the issue. They were replying to my emails very quickly.
