Service was great and staff were polite and helpful. I was missing a part from my original order and I phoned to enquire and this was dealt with straight away by the staff member. Would use the company again.

I was trying to source a replacement hinge. As it turns out there are numerous hinges on the market all similar but these small differences count. Having failed with my first purchase the house builder (Cala) advised me that it was Kelvin who fitted the kitchen. I emailed my enquiry and received a swift reply with a link which took me to the hinge I was seeking. I bought it online and they arrived a few days later. Perfect replacement. Very good service, efficient and effective.

Staff extremely helpful and always quick response

The service was excellent. Any emails were promptly answered as we sought guidance on replacement bathroom cabinet mirrors. Despite “several”contacts and questions about the doors the staff were polite and courteous! Elaine was superb and helpful. When we got in a bit of a mess trying to replace the doors Robert kindly came out to advise. He was pleasant and helpful. He was a life saver and solved the problem we had . Great team!

It was easy enough to order and pay for the cupboard door. The time to delivery was relatively long, but the delivery went fine. It would have been helpful to have a call on the day, particularly as there was no approximate time slot. The delivery person was courteous and the item appears to have travelled well, which will be confirmed when it is installed.
