Great communication, prompt delivery and fantastic quality and value for money

Re-submitting this review - for some unknown reason my original and true review was removed for breaching Trustpilot guidelines, no clue why!

Kennelstore are fantastic - from placing the order to delivery and installation, the experience was stress free and pleasant.
The team at Kennelstore kept me updated regularly on my order status and delivery arrangements.
The delivery & installation team worked quickly and efficiently with the end result being an impressive, high quality kennel which was as advertised.
Overall, a very impressive service and product.

What a really efficient company. My kennel arrived ahead of time. After I decided to not go ahead with the roof they immediately refunded me that part of the price.

The kennel is up and its fabulous. Really good :)

Easy to book and change when needed. Delivery was on time and quickly put together.

Contacted me around a week before delivery to arrange a convenient day. Installation was done in around 30 mins by two really friendly staff. Even took the time to explained the best way to dismantle for a future house move.

Overall, very happy with the product. Solid structure with good grade material. Will be buying from here again.

Kennel store were excellent, providing great product at the most reasonable price I could find on the Internet. They dispatched it very promptly and it was delivered to my local depot within a day (from Crewe to Glasgow). Unfortunately the delivery company (DX) were very tardy with the final journey of my Kennel panels. The delay was not the fault of Kennelstore! In fact, after waiting days for The courier I contacted sales at kennelstore and they were onto it immediately so I finally got my panels. Thank you Andrew and Emma!

Great communication from very start.Super fast delivery

We purchased the Chesterfield kennel 8'x 4' and we were not disappointed. The kennel is sturdy and strong. The whole experience of the purchase was professional and the communication from Emma and the onsite install team was outstanding.

We received our kennel and are very happy with it delivered and fitted by two lovely delivery men no problems putting it together and looks just like the one on their web site i would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a kennel

We ordered the Bentley but had them bespoke size. Really well made kennels, the team who put them up we great.

From placeing the order to delivery the whole process was excellent.
Numerous delivery updates by phone, kept us aware of timings etc so our day could be planned which i found to be first class.

From the start to finish everyone was amazing helpful and friendly, I got the double Wymbury kennels wasn’t what I expected was even better they look lovely in my garden, which I was worried about. Strong and strudy for the elephant I keep in there well he thinks he’s an elephant the dogs have been happy and settled and more than enough room would recommend to anyone, the lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful and the two guys where lovely and professional Thankyou again
