Comme beaucoup de cavaliers ma fille est très déçu par le comportement de Kentucky pour le blackfriday … il n’a pas joué le jeu en mettant en vente un tapis à prix cassé puis n’honore pas les commandes … la contrepartie proposée, le soit disant geste commercial, n’est pas correct. Ils auraient pu en tant que fabricants relancer le modèle et honorer les commandes.
On se demande même si ce n’est pas une forme d’hameçonnage…
Très déçus !

I really appreciated when Kentucky Horsewear launched B2C sales channel! The customer experience of the website, purchase & delivery of goods was great. Not to mention the quality of products. Our dark bay hannoverian mare looks like a queen in the purple show rug 🤩 We cannot wait for the winter show season to begin! #purpleforever💜

My favorite equestrian brand
My recent experience with Kentucky was a very good one! Their website is super easy to navigate and check out from and it’s not complicated. Of course I absolutely love love love all their products and I can’t say enough about their style and quality. I’m a lifetime loyal customer for their halters, boots, and rugs ♥️. My only complaint is that shipping to the U.S is very high on their website which really sucks :/

One of my favourites
I bought a halter from Kentucky, when there was a default, they replaced the item without any fuss. Very gratefull they did. Very good quality and beautiful products. I love ordering kentucky products and will continue to do so.

Pears Halster met productiefout
Ik nam contact op met de klantendienst van Kentucky na een scheur in mijn halster (4 maand oud, 20 keer gedragen). Dit was duidelijk een productiefout. Hierop kreeg ik de dag zelf nog respons en na het doorsturen van bewijsmateriaal heeft men mij zonder enige problemen een nieuw halster opgestuurd. 10/10 voor klantvriendelijkheid en service! Zou zeker opnieuw kopen.
Halster supermooi! Hopelijk nu zonder productiefout.

I ordered something for my dog but its too small… Its impossible to contact this company, there are no informations given on the homepage how to return things… it seems like they don‘t want costumers to return things… seems like a big fraud to me.

Prachtige materialen, goede pasvorm van het harnas. Voor onze dwergteckel in de groei/ in een tussenmaat twee maten besteld. Uiteindelijk voor de grotere maat [xs], zodat ze er in kan groeien.
Retourbeleid is ook prima, gaat soepel.
