SCAM
I deposited money on KeyDrop to unlock access to a so-called “free case.” However, when I opened it, money was deducted from my balance. This already felt misleading.
I received a Desert Eagle | Mulberry, but for the past four days I have been trying to withdraw it to my Steam inventory, and it’s simply impossible. The site constantly shows the item as “out of stock.”
Instead of allowing a proper withdrawal, the platform pushes me to either:
gamble the skin in their “casino” upgrade feature with a supposed 40% chance (which feels very questionable), or
exchange it for significantly lower-value skins at an obvious overprice.
This creates the impression that the system is intentionally designed to prevent users from withdrawing their winnings and to push them into further gambling.
A “free case” that requires a deposit, deducted balance after opening, and an item that cannot actually be withdrawn — this is not transparent and feels highly manipulative.
I would not recommend this platform to anyone who expects fair withdrawal conditions.

free cases, as the name suggests, are completely free. No funds are taken from your balance for opening them. If money was deducted from your account, it means that a case from a different section was opened, not a free one.
Sometimes a skin in your inventory may be temporarily unavailable in our storage. In such cases, you can exchange it for another skin of the same or higher value using the Skin Changer mode. If this option is not suitable for you, please try to claim the skin again later when it becomes available.

Made a 20$ battle
Made a 20$ battle, got canceled, showed support the proof and gave them the battle ID, 3 days waiting for 'support' so they can crap on me and tell me to move on, horrible website, customer service, and if u do borrow battles, house always win, never ever would recomend this... second time trying (After a few months tried it again) and still same experience, house always win, please dont use this. thanks

"Llevo meses intentando retirar unas skins que gané en Key-Drop. Primero me pusieron un bloqueo de 3 meses de 'valor congelado' para que no pudiera sacarlas. Ahora que esas skins valen 500€, me las han borrado del inventario y me han puesto 27€ de saldo basura en la web. Se quedan con tus skins si suben de precio y te dan una miseria a cambio. He hablado con soporte mil veces y pasan de todo. Son unos estafadores profesionales que se quedan con el dinero de los usuarios de forma inpertintente. ¡Difundid para que no le pase a nadie más!"

Crypto Top-Up Completed, Funds Never Credited
I made a $69 top-up using USDC via crypto. It’s been 3 days, and support hasn’t resolved anything. I keep getting the same response: “Our support team is working on it.”
I’ve already provided the transaction ID and all the information they requested, and the transaction was completed successfully. Cmon it is not that hard.
This is extremely poor service, and for such a small amount of money, it feels like an absolute scam.

topping up your account with skins on our website means that you give your skins and receive balance to use on our platform in return.
You can only exchange skins that were obtained directly on our website. It is not possible to deposit skins from Steam into your inventory on our site.

Dumb price-freezing policy
The site basically created a price-freezing policy where they lock the skin’s value at the exact price it had when you unboxed it. But you can only withdraw the skin from the site if the current market price matches the value the skin had at the moment you tried to withdraw it. Who was the idiot that came up with an idea like this in an extremely volatile market like the skin market?
And by the way, the skin stays permanently frozen on the site (and impossible to withdraw) until its value goes back to what it was when it was unboxed on the platform, meaning you can only use it on the site itself (which obviously increases the risk of loss). I won some skins yesterday and tried to withdraw—wasn’t possible. Tried again today—still not possible. I’m trying to reverse the transaction and get my money back; this crap is a scam.

Absolutely awful. They let you open 5 free cases, then make you deposit. After depositing and getting into battles, after another 5 cases they need another deposit. Literally the most predatory scammy cs site out there, no clue why it is famous with a ROI around 30%

Fake Free daily cases
I have been using this site to gamble occasionaly (600€ to this day in total) with the idea of getting cool skins which i actually do but some of the main reasons to pick this site over any other was the deposit motivation in form of leveling up ur account and unlocking free rewards every day depending on your level, however, a week ago i was able to open lv60 free case (which take you around like 400 or 500€ to unlock) and i am unnable to do it because you need to at least deposit 1,90€ EVERY DAY for a """"""FREE""""""" case

poor customer service
I have used this site in the past and had minimal issues other than just not winning, which is gambling so of course. however, today was a horrendous experience so far with customer support I did an Ethereum deposit to which my account was never credited. I went through all the steps that they had asked me and never received a response after two hours of waiting and continuous messaging, I have just been ignored through this point very disappointed in the customer service
