While it is true that our return policy generally does not allow for returns on electronic components solely for refund purposes, there is an important distinction to be made. The 12-month/12,000 mile warranty covers the replacement of the electronic part if it is found to be defective or malfunctioning.

We’ve looked into your order, and unfortunately it falls outside our 30-day return/RMA window. Because of this, we’re unable to process a replacement or return at this time. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this may cause.
