KibbleWatches レビュー

Excellent service from James from the moment I met him to the point of sale. Really made it clear how consignment works and clearly knows his stuff about the watches he has on sale.

Definitely recommend and hope to purchase/sell with him again when the time comes.

This was my first experience selling a watch through Kibble Watches, and the experience was first class. From the outset, the process was clearly outlined, including how my watches would be marketed and the payment procedure upon sale. Each payment was made promptly and in full for every watch sold. Additionally, the quality of the advertising for my items was exceptional.

Based on this positive experience, I am confident that I will continue to use Kibble Watches for both buying and selling in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

Outstanding experience with Kibble Watches. Very professional from start to finish but very personable with it. James has been a pleasure to deal with.

Query responded to very quickly. Selection of photos provided at initial enquiry. Tracking provided at shipping. Watch recieved in excellent time and very well packaged.

The KW watch cloth and travel pouch included in the box were an unexpected and lovely touch.

Can’t recommend enough. This won’t be my last purchase, I’m sure.

Very professional and personable experience buying a watch from James at Kibble Watches. On this occasion it was only a Seiko Grand Quartz but I think the service would have been the same at 20 times the price which is perfect for true watch enthusiasts and collectors. There is absolutely no doubt I will be buying from Kibble watches again, the watch was exactly as described, good value, very well packaged and quickly dispatched.

I bought a JLC from James, who was professional and patient with all my queries. The overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend the dealer.

Recently purchased a watch from KibbleWatches. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. James is friendly, polite and professional and kept in regular contact. His website provides a great write-up on each watch and the brand, along with some clear photos. The buying process was easy and the watch sent quickly. This was the second watch bought from James and I am sure it won’t be the last

Amazing customer service from a trustworthy business.
James is so accommodating and generous with his time for viewing days.
My first purchase was so easy with great communication and a first class service.
The watch was exactly as described.
It definitely will not be my last purchase from Kibble Watches.

Fantastic experience overall. Very detailed info provided about the watch since it was a vintage piece which made it easier on me to decide. James is a great guy and I hope to get his support for any future requirements.

Excellent experience buying two watches with Kibble.

Visited their showroom to try on and buy some watches. James was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the pieces, and was able to offer some sound insight around the watch market.

Not to mention, bought at a fantastic price!

100% recommended.

From start of the enquiry to the receiving of the watch the service was brilliant. All details of the watch was extensively covered in the write up together with a host of photos covering every angle. The watch although 18 months old appeared almost like new. Upon speaking to James, everything was thoroughly explained without "any pushy sales talk" From start to finish, my watch arrived in 2 days.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone who is interested in purchasing a watch from this source

After a preliminary phone call to James at Kibble Watches concerning a Grand Seiko watch I found him to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional. His knowledge of watches is very extensive. He answered all of my question and gave me good advice and guided me through the process of buying from Kibble. I cannot praise him high enough, and it is such a pity I can only give five stars, Without hesitation I thoroughly recommend Kibble Watches if you are looking for a new watch, you will not be disappointed.

Made the process extremely easy. Very happy with the purchase and the service Kibble provides. Would and have recommended

I have bought and sold a number of watches with James. The service has always been excellent and the prices are very fair (both buying and selling on consignment). Where there has been an issue with a watch after purchase it has been dealt with quickly and without any hassle. I thoughly recommend Kibble watches

I have bought and sold watches through James and every experience has been brilliant. A proper watch nerd who knows his stuff and a nice guy too. Prices fair, watches only on the website if they meet his standards and always very responsive. Always on the lookout for a new watch from his broadcast lists which is dangerous!

Amazing experience buying my first luxury watch. Thanks very much James.

I have bought a couple of watches from James now, I have recommended him to both my uncle and father in law (who was very sceptical about parting with a large amount of money for his first luxury watch) and he was very pleased with the experience.

Kibble watches have such a vast range of watches, I spend way to much time hunting through the site. Currently working out what my next purchase from James will be.

Fantastic service, clear communication at all times! Would highly recommend and will be using Kibble Watches again in the future.

Great customer service. One of the good guys in the watch business. Honest, fair and transparent, always there to answer questions and help.
Great experience. I'd definitely do business again

Good experience - James is straight up and trustworthy IMO. I wouldn't think twice in dealing with him again

My first experience with Kibble and I couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable price; prompt dispatch; watch and all accessories in pristine condition. Super impressed. Many thanks James and team!
