KibbleWatches レビュー

I've bought a Glycine compressor cross hair watch. Mr. Kibble was very commucative and quick in responding my questions. He was very enthusiatic about the watch and I'm as well. Really a beautifull watch with still a considerable power reserve.

Purchase of a Vintage Tissot was a pleasure. James answered all my questions promptly and even included extra strap as I was unsure between two. Watch arrived well packaged and included warranty card with all relevant details, including date of recent service. Recommended and will be using again.

I’ve both sold and bought from Kibble, always an easy and pleasant experience. Genuine enthusiast and down to earth bloke, pricing is always competitive and fair. I rarely buy watches but when I do it’s through James.

What a pleasure it has been to buy a watch from James. Before I purchased, James swiftly answered all my questions and then made sure that I received the watch the very next day. The watch from approximately 1969 is exactly as described and had also recently had a service. Despite being over 50 years old, the watch still looks stunning and it runs beautifully. Even after purchase, James willingly shared more of his vast watch expertise. I would definitely buy another watch from James without hesitation. Highly recommended!

James at Kibble watches was a pleasure to deal with and gave outstanding service in my purchase of a watch I had long wished to buy.
Clear communication and a very speedy delivery made the process of buying a pleasure.
Many thanks James.

I bought a £200 new old stock Phenix manual wind watch from the 1970’s. Worked fine for a few days and was super accurate. Woke up one morning and it had stopped running, wound it and it didn’t start up again, even when fully wound.
Messaged Kibble Watches immediately and they told me to send it in and they would get their watchmaker to look at it. James Kibble would leave me voice notes updating me on the status of the watch. He told me that it had been given to his watch maker, tested, let it wind up, wind down, disassembled, cleaned etc. Remember we’re talking about a £200 watch here. The service from James and his watchmaker was really impressive. James said that he would keep it for another couple of days to test once reassembled to make sure everything was ok.
He told me everything was fine and that he would send back to me. It appeared that the mainspring would get stuck when the watch was fully wound down, a gentle shake would get the balance firing again.
Had it for a few days now. Wearing it right now whilst I’m sat on the train writing this! The accuracy is great for a 50yr old watch! I’ve had no issues with the watch and I will definitely be buying from Kibble in the future.
Now I know if I have any issues going forward from anything I buy, it will be addressed with immediately. Very reassuring experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Used a couple of times and both my watches sold almost instantly. James is a pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again. 100% recommended!

I had a great experience buying from Kibble Watches. James was very helpful and he answered all of my questions about the watch and the process. The payment process was smooth and straightforward. The watch was dispatched the same day and delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery the next day. The watch was in as described and excellent condition. Overall, this was a pleasant transaction, and I'd buy again.

Purchased a watch from kibble watches and the service I received was faultless. Tracking information was provided and the watch arrived the next day safely and securely wrapped. I would highly recommend kibble watches.

James was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions! Watch itself came exactly as described if not better, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a watch to use Kibble watches :)

Not really much more that I can add to what has already been written by previous reviewers.
James has sold a number of my watches over the last couple of years and I have never had any issues with those transactions.
Very professional but equally applies a human touch to all of his communications and transactions.
Whenever I visit Kibblewatches, I find him friendly, hospitable as well as very knowledgeable. There's never a hard sell from him as he's genuinely enthusiastic about watches.
I would absolutely recommend Kibblewatches whether you are looking to buy or sell a pre-owned watch.

Positive experience. Recommended.

James is extremely personable and professional in his dealings. He has a good range of watches, crossing all price points.

He is straightforward, a refreshing experience for this industry.

Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. My partner has bought items online and I have also visited their shop; I felt very at ease looking at the beautiful timepieces they had to offer. Would definitely recommend buying from KibbleWatches.

I’ve purchased two watches so far and really pleased with the advice, customer service and the watches themselves were exactly as described and in brilliant condition. A recent vintage watch purchase had me in two minds about the smaller size but a quick chat helped me make the decision and one of my favourite watches now!

I recently decided to get a dream watch as it was available 'used' at KibbleWatches. I accidentally found another watch that appealed. I communicated with James and he was always very prompt, clear, friendly, and professional, yet human in his replies. We very quickly managed a deal and the watches arrived the day after purchase. The packaging and protection of the watches were amazing. James followed up and has provided amazing service. I'd recommend KibbleWatches and James 100% to anyone.

Fantastic service all round. James was great he put my dream watch on hold for me. He kept me informed the whole time and delivery was spot on. Extremely happy with my purchase will be returning and will recommend anyone wanting to purchase a timepiece to shop here thanks James

My first time dealing with James and would highly recommend him. I sold my watch through him and he got me the best price - I was really impressed with the way he marketed it and his knowledge of the product. He presented my watch so professionally that it sold within a couple of days. Payment was made on the appointed date, and James kept me fully updated throughout the process.
I would highly recommend!

I have followed Kibblewatches for some time on social media and their WhatsApp broadcast system. Always been impressed with their range and competitive pricing. Finally I saw something that interested me enough to purchase. The whole process of communication, negotiation, payment, shipping was simple, friendly and highly efficient. The watch, I'm utterly delighted with. Highly recommended.

Very easy to deal with for selling watches. Good communication, and sound advice throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from or sell through Kibble watches again.
