This is my review on Google reviews - This is a long overdue review, I was selling my house and needed to get in touch with the previous owner and also get proof that the correct TR1 forms had been completed and sent to land registry. They did absolutely nothing go assist and provided no help whatsoever. They couldnt even do a small favour for someone in distress at the time.Futher to this when they responded they outright lies and said I was told there was nothing they could do which is completely incorrect and that they communicated back to me which is also a lie as I was completely ghosted by your company. All I required was confirmation of which TR1 were signed and whether those documents needed to be filed with Land Registry, in the end there were missing TR1 documents missing which speaks to the level of detail you provide.My solicitors could not help as they were not involved in the purchase

I approached Kidd Rapinet when my local solicitors referred me in order to set up a trust.
In the end we didn't proceed with the trust due to other non-legal complications.
