DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.
Both Dan & Jack do not do what they say. I've had an issue with a faulty truck for months, some 20+ email chases & nothing. None of the telephone numbers work either. I am reporting to trading standards to see if they can help.

Scam of a company!
They take your money and not deliver your order !
After 3 weeks of trying to get through to them through emails I've had to raise a dispute with thr bank to try and get my money back
Stay away from them! You've been warned

Such a disappointing experience dealing with them. Initially when I sent the email with my concern over missing spare parts and dirty condition of the car purchased, their rep Jack was replying. However after exchanging a couple of emails, when I demanded a refund and sending back the car, he just simply stopped responding!!

Sent multiple reminders, with no response whatsoever!! Definitely very unpleasant!!

Please do not bother buying from here. Consider the money spent as lost!

Sent me a different car to the one I ordered.
Also the quality was poor.
Emailed customer service and gave them every chance to put right.
But was just ignored in the end.

Ordered our son a white 4x4 car from these guys - took our money heard NOTHING

Low & behold read the reviews & thought SCAM

Emailed & demanded a refund & shockingly 3 weeks later 1 week before Xmas we did get a FULL REFUND - we was told the car was still being sent even though we had the refund made no sense & no car!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS WE WE'RE LUCKY TO HAVE THE REFUND OTHERS WE'RE NOT!

Really good with communication, ordered the blue Revvi electric bike there was a problem with the stock in the colour blue they had got stuck on a container but the colleague that contacted me reassuring me that my order would be with me within 2 week, LESS than 2 week later I received my order. Really happy with the service will be recommending.

Bought a car at the end of November, but received a refund with no explanation a day or so later. NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS WORK so got in touch by e-mail. The price of the car had been hiked by £169 on the website (just before the start of December). Had a response from Jack saying they won't honour the advertised price I initially paid. I was going to get some consumer advice on this as it didn't seem right, but I then read the reviews on here. I think having my money back and buying from elsewhere is probably for the best, just in case I'm in need of any after sales service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a ride on and it was defective, when we tried to phone them none of their phone numbers worked and they do not reply to emails if there is a hint of trouble. They just ignore you or say they never received any emails. Jack seems to be mentioned in a lot of these reviews and his name popped up a couple of times in my interactions. I opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get a replacement or a refund. Absolutely shocking service, I don’t know how companies survive giving such diabolical service. If all else fails, contact your bank or credit card company and raise a dispute to get your money back. Trading Standards need to know about the cowboys.

SCAMMERS!!!! Don’t buy. They do not offer any help after selling dodgy product. They ignore your replies.

Was lucky enough to pick up a car that had been put outside someone's house. Came with powerpack, but no remote. A quick Google search lead me to this great company, and jack their sales lead went over and above to source me the correct remote from outside of the UK even though the type isn't used in the UK anymore. Could not fault the service and the price was reasonable too with no extras for international shipping. Have one happy girl cruising in her Mercedes Benz steered by daddy. Cheers ! ☺️

Absolutely diabolical company , surely they can send even just one employee to learn how to make a phone call ,but if they did you would only get a load of lies , wish we had read these reviews before ordering .

1 star is too high. we have has so much trouble with this company from the beginning. we were fist sent out the wrong vehicle which I checked on the website and was a huge decrease in value of what we paid and then it was all damaged and cracked. we have been back and forth with returning the vehicle but still no luck and are now having trouble even hearing back from them. so disappointing as paying over £400 for something and still not being sorted out over 7 weeks later is just terrible. I would NOT recommend to use this company.

Contacted company for a battery for my grandsons car , Jack was very helpful whatever query I gave to him first class. Also got some numbers made up excellent

Just a shame I hadn’t seen this before I ordered my son a car, ordered a car paid £300 for it was assured it would be here on time for my sons birthday I’m still waiting on it 4 weeks later all e-mails are being ignored can’t get in contact with anyone by phone very disappointed bundle of scamming scum bags avoid avoid avoid do not use this company

If you used PayPal please put in a claim on there for a refund it’s how I managed to get one! The company will ignore your emails so you will not get one!

I should have checked the reviews before I ordered! I ordered a replacement controller back in March, they emailed to say they did not have the one for the car I wanted but would order it in from Taiwan within 10 days. It did not arrive so I emailed and they said they would look into it, they said it did not arrive and another one would be put on order. On the 4th May they said it was due in that evening and would be sent out the next day. It’s now the 22nd May and still nothing. To be honest reading back the emails I should have known it wouldn’t have arrived. Emails are now being ignored so I have got a refund through PayPal. After I done this they supplied a tracking number for Royal Mail that the controller had been delivered to an address in Medway no where near me! This company is obviously not legit and needs to be avoided!!

Bought an electric sit on scooter for my granddaughter's Christmas. It broke during February. Contacted these Shylock's who initially asked me to send pictures and video's of the issue. Since then, nothing, they ignore my emails and e-chats. Bunch of thieves don't go anywhere near this company.

Ordered a red Range Rover for our grandson and it arrived promptly but with a massive crack in the main body of the car. Reported it immediately and was told to photograph the problems and send the photos to them which we did. They said it was damaged in transit and they had similar problems. They asked us to box it back up and said the courier would collect it. The courier never arrived on the day they said it would. They now don't answer emails, you can't get through on any of their phone numbers and the 'live chat' they offer is always offline and no one ever responds.
We have never received a refund and lost nearly £500. Worst of all, this was a present for our grandson who was undergoing chemotherapy to help him be more mobile to keep up with his siblings and cousins. The company knew this and have still never offered a resolution to this and are ignoring all emails.

Brought my son an electric quads that’s doesn’t work! Told me they would send out part to fix it. Didn’t pay £600 to fix a broken toy for Xmas.
Not responding to any emails 🤬🤬🤬stay away
