I had an issue with a remote control and after a few emails back and forth kids electric cars was able to source a RC, order and send it to my address. This was all sorted in the time frame stated.
I had fantastic communication with them and would highly recommend them

Outstanding service. We ordered personalised plates for our little boy's electric car from another retailer which arrived and were very small, disappointing stickers. We placed our order on Tuesday afternoon with Kids Electric Cars and couldn't believe it when they arrived first this Thursday morning - in time for our little boy's birthday! We couldn't be happier with the plates, excellent quality and look really realistic. We've had lots of comments already. Thank you Kids Electric Cars, we'll definitely be using you again.

Ok so my product (John Deere tractor ; not cheap) came ok nothing wrong with the product (only came today though!). Had issue with delivery due much later than expected (still within a week but not as advertised on the website) and was told the wrong date by kidselectriccars so missed the first delivery slot ; frustrating and DPD are the worst delivery company to deal with. My issue is and why I have allocated just 3* is that I called and emailed this company with ZERO response. They don’t answer the phone & they ignore emails. How can a company operate like this? God help anybody who has an issue with their product and need to discuss it. I have read (after purchasing unfortunately) previous reviews on here about poor communication and I’m afraid to say that they simply aren’t taking any notice ; poor consumer service and it’s not good enough for them to accept hundreds of pounds from a customer and not respond whatsoever to a straight forward query. The product itself is good quality and arrived unscathed no issues. Let’s hope there’s no issues.

This company helped us sort out a battery solution for a kids car and could not have been more helpful. Excellent service.

Rude obnoxious people, verging on illiterate when communicating with customers; purchase at your own risk.

Do not order from this company, they tell you order has been sent but give no tracking order- ignore all attempts of emails, then when asked for a refund they say it will be sent

I didn’t read the reviews until after I placed my order, I’m so glad I didn’t as they wouldn’t of got my business, I got really worried that it wouldn’t turn up, but it did! I ordered the Audi electric car Monday night and came wensday morning, definitely will order again from there!

I order a quad bike for my niece birthday. When we were unpacking the bike we noticed a large crack at the front. We got intouch with customer support and within the 2 days we had another one delivered and they arranged for collection for the broken one. The service is outstanding we will be using you again in the future if we need anything

JUNK PRODUCT AND DODGY BUSINESS PRACTICE - I purchased a Mercedes two seater electric car and an extra battery for my kids for Christmas. They got two rides out of the car before it just stopped working. Wouldn’t start at all. Luckily I bought a back up battery - I thought this would fix it. But the back up battery I bought didn’t work either!!
I emailed and the rep Jack who was helpful at first. But instead of replacing the car or offering an viable solution, he just kept asking me questions ( which I answered in full with photo evidence) These “inquiry” emails lasted a month! By then I was exhausted by it and requested a replacement car or a refund. Thats when the the emails stopped and all of my phone calls and voicemails went unanswered.
My kids now have a car from Santa that just sits in a room that they can’t use.
I am really just shocked and appalled at this business and their practices. £500 down the tube!! It’s robbery. They should be properly investigated.

I brought this item and I am 100% happy it came on time amazing communication on email so helpful , it came half assembled and it’s so easy to put together took me 10 minutes , my daughter absolutely loves her quad bike worth every penny :) x

Cant fault this company at all. Jack was brilliant. After asking for a photo of the model so he could identify the correct remote that I need, He explained in a email that the remote control may take a little longer to come through as it's for an older mini cooper and had to be ordered in for me. It didnt take as long to come through as was expected and works perfectly with my little girls car. Wasnt expensive either. A real bargain. Great staff who are willing to help and give you the best experience and great advice. Thanks jack for all your help. You have been brilliant.

We purchased a set of personalised number plates and a spare battery and both arrived promptly and as described. Very pleased with service and products.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH TRANSACTION, I ENDED UP MAKING A CLAIM FOR A REFUND FROM PAY PAL.

I have been chasing this company up since July 2020 about my order and have had very poor communication from them after writing countless of emails. I ordered a car for my daughters and personalised license plates. The car that came was completely different to the one I ordered and they told me the one I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a different one :/ and the license plates never came at all.

I told them I would like the item I paid for and the license plates, they told me that the license plates had been sent off and that the car I wanted would be available in December.

I agreed to wait till December, we are now in February 2021 and I have yet to receive the items I paid for and received no response from my emails calls or messages on their website. Finally they wrote back to me saying that they put on their system that I accepted the alternative car that was sent when I clearly stated more than once that I was not happy with the alternative that they sent without even asking me first, I requested a refund and then they stopped responding to me again.

I have since then written many more emails and have not received a response and even when they did write back to me they never actually resolved my issue.

This has been a very annoying and stressful process and I have wasted my money ! Avoid this company!

I bought an electric motorbike from this company for my son for Xmas 2018,within a few months the chain snapped, since then I have lost count of the many emails and phone calls I have made to this shambles of a company. Not once have they replied to an email or answered my calls or messages. All I have wanted is a replacement chain, my sons bike has been lying in my garage for the last 2 years with a broken chain, obviously my 8 year old son has been devastated about it. I can't seem to source a replacement anywhere as it's a special size. Do not buy from this shambles of a company, they have practically stolen £300 which I paid for something that cannot be used again. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost, absolute scam company

Goods delivered Christmas Eve the company really went the extra mile many thanks excellent product and very much appreciate the effort that you put in place to ensure that our grand children have some great presents for Christmas .Would be delighted to recommend.

I never received my order, Never refunded. Still trying to sort out it with my bank on order to get my money back. Do not buy from any of their trade websites. They are fraud!

Do NOT order from this website!! Lovely people when you need their help before purchasing, very quick to reply. “Jack” helped picked out the spare remote I needed. £20 for a remote and £5 delivery. Didn’t receive any order confirmation and had to chase up 2 weeks later as item hadn’t arrived to be told there was a delay from the supplier (no mention of this on the website) said that they were in stock. It arrived and it even said on the parcel the item total was £4 so I’d paid more for postage. It didn’t look anything like the picture and was a cheap flimsy bit of plastic. It didn’t work with my car which may have been an issue with the car so I asked to return. Again very quick reply with return details but had to post it myself so another £4 down and still waiting for a refund even after they confirmed they received it and would issue a refund. Now they have blocked my emails and just keep getting an undelivered. I have put a dispute through PayPal so hopefully will get my money back.

i returned car due to some issues not working properly and they promised for refund,its more than 2 weeks now,still chasing no one even reply now,i lost £150 now ,please don’t buy,its fruad company
