Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service, if you even get any. Trying to do Change of Ownership form which we never received Docu-sign login Codes for. Only getting reminders which has now locked us out of the form.
- Never get responded to via emails.
- Calls get picked up then hung up constantly after hearing the background call centre noise and a "sigh".
- When it says 1 minute waiting time, turns out to be 20+ minutes. (Only to get hung up on again and again.)
This will be getting escalated to the Energy Ombudsman as we are getting hassled with invoices which we cannot pay until corrected. Kinex are refusing to answer us.

Honestly disgusted with this company, we took over a building with this company being the supplier. We have constantly been billed out of contract! It's been nothing but problem after problem. We have a 20 AMP meter and they are trying to charge us over £13,000!!! For a 20 AMP meter! The customer service is shocking, we have dealt with Sophie for some of it and have been promised call backs and god know what else to no effect. Absolutely disgusted and it's companies like Kinex that put small businesses out of business.
We have reported Kinex to the Emergy Ombudsman.

A lovely, cheery, Friday afternoon call.
Received a call from Mike re services supplied to our company and was there anything they could do to assist us further. He was bright, cheery and very pleasant to chat to having read previous notes of my earlier contact with Kinex which saved me some explaining where we were with our account. He offered his direct contact details for my use in the future which I'll not hesitate to use. A very good customer experience, thanks Mike.

Appalling customer service after a catalogue of errors then being lied to by a sales member and then being completely ignored after sending a complaint through the there procedure so just awaiting the no response time to lapse then contacting the ombudsman

Shocking service
I resigned a contract a year ago bringing me to 7 years currently at that time I had to have new hardware to enable voip however since then our internet consistently drops out on a daily basis which is highly detrimental as a business. This happens during card transactions and telephone calls. I have spent many hours on the phone to tech support over various phone calls and after a year and having been issued new hardware my problem is still not resolved. They now potentially want to charge me £125+ vat if an engineer deems the problem to be my companies fault. I am not prepared to give this company an more money. I couldn’t even raise a complaint unless I was prepared to do this. As it stands I will ride out my contract and that will be it. I would advise anyone reading this as I will be advising my business community NEVER to use this company.

I would not recommend this company, there customer service is abysmal, they do not reply to emails, they do not solve any of your problems! They then tell you you have agreed to upgrade! When you haven’t avoid at all costs! Hopefully a manager will call me back tomorrow, but I won’t hold my breath.

Friendly and helpful service.
For many years of dealing with Kinex, we've had good service and always polite and friendly help, if needed, from a real person on the telephone. This is such a pleasant change from listening to robots reciting irrelevant recorded messages.
The products are reliable and competitively priced. Michael phoned to offer other services but unfortunately we are still under contract but have noted dates for future. When I told him I am soon selling the business to a new owner he wished me a happy retirement. A pleasure to deal with.

Great opportunity to combine services
Michael called to give us an opportunity to expand our service provision with Kinex. Unfortunately, we are already in contract with providers for the services on offer, however Michael took the time to note down the details to update our account to ensure we were not inconvenienced with future calls whilst still in contract. Michael was friendly, polite and very understanding with our limited time.

Kinex are the worst company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with I have been trying to sort out my incorrect outstanding electricity bill with them for over 3 years I have been lied to constantly they never ring you back when you call, the rates they initially promised never transpired I asked them 3 times to take me to court to resolve this situation, they even lied about a court date, they have now broken into my business premises and disconnected my supply putting myself and my partner out of business and still demanding £23,500 in electricity charges for the period which is ludicrous for a one man band business to clock up please please please avoid this company at all costs
