I have a unique perspective as a dealer for Kingbull. I chose Kingbull as one of my four manufacturers for their quality, presence on internet, customer service and value. Of my 4 manufacturers, Kingbull far outsells the other three. My business, Trail Blazers E-bikes, utilizes Kingbull models for ALL our rental/demo units because I need e-bikes that can stand up to the duties of rentals and first time riders. I get timely communications from the Kingbull team who are always there for any assistance. They provide fast shipping with properly boxed items to ensure no scratches or damage occur in transit. Look no further!

These bikes are awesome to ride and very versatile to ride, on the sidewalk or through gravel they handle every condition wonderfully, I love the range on the bikes I can ride for multiple days or long distances and not have to worry about charging up often, will definitely be recommending these bikes to any family and friends.

This is the first time I purchased an e-bike, and after doing a lot of research, I got a Kingbull Ranger. I initially had an issue with my rear brake after assembling the bike, and I was especially impressed with the timely and helpful responses I got from their customer service via email. The bike has exceeded my expectations, and I love it!

I ordered the Kingbull Ranger to share with my 12 year old son as a fun ride around the neighborhood since he’s always wanted something electric.

The bike itself overall works wonderfully, getting up to 31mph with no problem and a very reasonable battery life.

For whatever I could never get the headlight to power on. For brevity’s sake I contacted “Wolfie” in customer support, and have been sent out two additional headlights and housing mounts in a very fast and polite manner to fix the problem.
When these didn’t work, I was then sent a new LCD screen with zero hassle to see if this will fix the single issue.

I won’t have a chance to test this option for a couple of days, but I can say that Kingbull absolutely has stellar customer service, and I would purchase from again with no reservations!

Update:

The
Headlight is now fixed. A tip I learned on my own;
Plug the headlight in before attaching it to the front on the bike to ensure if it works. My 3rd headlight worked, but I found if I screwed the very long included screws in too far, the headlight would turn back off for
Whatever reason.
When I backed the screws out a bit, the headlight came back on and has worked fine
Since.

We purchased the Kingbull Ranger back in March for our son and it arrived with a malfunctioning headlight. I reached out to customer service and they replaced it right away! Customer service has been top notch and extremely responsive with any questions or issues we’ve had. I would recommend them for anyone interested in owning an e-bike.

mine was a factory 2nd out the box imo and my bike repair guy whos warning everyone to stay away from this crap company! Only after 240 in repairs its now got worse gotta replace rear tire it hops once over 24 mph. I know the tires are trash but 1st thought it was motor causing the issue what? No its just the lump in tire! just the 4th issue im having with this pos cheap crap chinese crap. now with 30 miles im listing it for sale! WAY to many issues and there returns make u pay 150 shipping return for there factory issues lovely! Ill post youtube videos soon and ill post them here for the idiot haters who think i dont know how to assemble a bike lmao PLEASE! Id buy an aipas before this trash build again. No worrys customerservice dont give a dam aka want some free stickers and a phone holder??? and Im 1000% sure there warranty is as trashed as there service is, Hey want to buy a ex titan with only 30 miles for 1100 its a steal of a deal! off centered front tire, lump in rear, front fork bottoms out easily its 1 hell of a deal!

I recently purchased the Kingbull Ranger after reading about it and watching a number of on line reviews.
I've owned the Literider for almost 2 years now with zero issues and decided to stay with kingbull.
Super quick shipping, customer service is quick to respond with any questions I've had along the way, I've been satisfied to this point.
Recieved the Ranger yesterday via FedEx, I did purchase shipping protection and surprisingly there was zero damage to the box and the bike was in perfect condition.
Assembly is pretty straight forward and was completed in about an hour.
Battery came charged to about 52 Volts which is awesome.
After conducting a system and functions check I took it on a nonstop 13 mile road test and it performed really well.
I used all levels of PAS, SLOWLY increasing the PAS over a few miles to work the systems in.
31 mph top speed, I'm 5'11" @188 and it's all the bike I need in this style.
For Sub $800 with applicable discounts, you simply can't beat the bike for this price.
The dual suspension is the sweet spot with this machine and the battery after 13 miles, still showed all bars and still had about 49-50 Volts left according to the in screen display.
The hydraulic disc brakes are awesome considering what you get for the price. This is my 3rd Ebike. 2nd kingbull and I do believe they go the extra mile give the buyer the most bang for the buck.
I'm 60 years old and this hobby/sport has been super exciting and keeps me in the outdoors enjoying easy long rides.
One extra little benefit is that it has passenger foot pegs so now I can take my grandkids for short rides too!
Buy this bike before the price goes up!

My order came surprisingly fast, very satisfied with the hunter 2.0 I received. The bike quality is top notch and handles very smooth. I upgraded my seat to the suspension seat and lost one of the fastener bolts to it, so I contacted customer service and they are sending my a replacement with no extra cost. Great experience so far, very satisfied!

So far, we’ve ridden our bikes 20 miles and absolutely love them! They arrived fully charged, but we decided to recharge them after our last ride. The colors are fantastic, and the ease of use plus the speed are awesome—people keep complimenting us while we’re out riding! They were also super easy to put together. We’re obsessed with these e-bikes, highly recommend them, and think they’re an incredible value. Truly great bikes all around!

I gave my 13-year-old son a ride, and it was super smooth—I didn't have any issues even though he's taller than me. My husband also rode with me as a passenger, and I didn't feel cramped at all. This bike is truly wonderful!

Absolutely brilliant e-bike—you won’t find a better one at this price point! It’s super powerful and stable, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

As a first-time e-biker, I found the e-bike incredibly easy to assemble—the video was excellent, and nothing needed adjustment! The bike’s construction is heavy duty, and I’ve added a back rack, phone holder, mirror, and water bottle holder—all of which are well constructed!

Customer service was top notch. They did everything possible to help me resolve my issues and when it wasn’t working, they simply sent me a new e-bike.

So far, I'm really pleased! The bike arrived quickly, and when I had a small shifter issue, support reached out the very next day.

The only thing is the handlebars feel a little too tall. Still, a fantastic ride.

It was easy to assemble with the included tools. Seems solid (will see how it lasts over time). It's road-approved with front and rear lights, plus a horn. Comes with a 17.5Ah battery and charger. The wide tires, front fork, and big saddle make for a comfortable ride.They even include a combination lock and a user manual. Overall, a well-equipped bike at an attractive price!

The weight is a bit much for us, especially for the RV bike rack, since we're older. But otherwise, it's great.

My Discover arrived with some scratches. I contacted the customer service team, and they sent a touch-up paint kit.
