Lee at kingfisher mortgage's has been great throughout this occasion in finding me the right mortgage, he has always been in contact without me and even helped when things got a little sticky to get moving with the process so, I would like to thank Lee S and I would recommend him in the future.

I had an excellent experience working with Matthew Liggins. From start to finish, he made the entire mortgage process smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident in the decisions I was making.
What stood out most was how proactive and professional he was, always quick to respond, keeping me updated at every step, and going above and beyond.
I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and supportive mortgage advisor.

Firstly, we cannot thank Lee enough for all the support he gave us throughout our moving process. Before meeting him, we hadn’t even considered using a mortgage advisor, but from our very first meeting, Lee took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure we understood what to expect. He was incredibly flexible, approachable, and supportive.
After choosing to work with Kingfisher Mortgages, we faced a number of challenges—from our lender valuing the property at a lower cost, to issues within the chain, and a host of other queries along the way. Not only did he secure the right mortgage for us, but he also arranged our life insurance, kept in regular contact to provide updates, patiently listened to my worries, and happily answered every little question that first-time buyers often struggle with.

Lee Smith was incredible from start to finish, he went above and beyond expectations staying in frequent contact (even after the move to make sure we had everything set up), Lee also got us a new lower rate half way through so we were even more over the moon and found us great deals for insurances! Absolutely incredible- will be back when it’s time to renew our fixed term and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy broker!

Lee was super helpful from start to finish in helping us understand every product on offer. He sat us down and went through every bit of detail with us before going through the best offers for us in terms of mortgages and insurance. I’m not sure we would have been able to navigate through the selling and buying process without Lee’s expert help and will definitely be using him in the future for all out mortgage and insurance needs.

Nick Wilson was great. As a first-time buyer, he made everything easy to understand and talked me through everything in detail. Nick was always quick to respond to messages or emails and reassured me when I had lots of questions! I’d recommend Nick and Kingfisher Mortgages.

Simon was fantastically helpful, considered and prompt with his advice throughout and secured me a great deal on a repayment mortgage. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having Lee Smith as my mortgage broker was a great experience. Being a first time buyer, he explained everything clearly and was super helpful. Communication with Lee was easy and casual, with him getting back to me via text or email within an hour or two. If I had a query or question, he would take the time to go away and look it up, or double check with the lender and get back to me so we were always sure of what's what. Definitely would recommend

I couldn't be more grateful to my mortgage advisor Lee! I have an unusual set of income circumstances which deterred almost all lenders, but he still managed to find me a good mortgage offer with a reputable bank.
