I have been a customer of King Harvest Wellness for over a year, and until recently, my experience had been consistently positive. Their service was reliable, and Stephen regularly reached out by text to check in. That history is exactly why my most recent experience was so shocking and disappointing.

Without warning, I received an order confirmation and tracking information for an order I DID NOT PLACE. After several attempts to contact both the number listed for King Harvest Wellness and Stephen directly, I finally received a response acknowledging that they had mistakenly charged the debit card they had saved on file for me while processing an order for another customer who happened to have the same first name.

Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is how a company handles a mistake after it has been brought to their attention—especially when that mistake involves taking money from a customer’s bank account without authorization.

Initially, the error was acknowledged and I received an apology for the inconvenience. However, my subsequent texts and calls regarding the status of my refund went unanswered. It was only after I followed up again and stated that I would be forced to dispute the charge with my bank that the matter received further attention.

That is simply unacceptable.

This wasn’t a shipping delay, a misunderstanding about an order, or an error on my part. King Harvest Wellness charged my saved debit card for another customer’s purchase. Once they acknowledged that the charge was their mistake, correcting it promptly and communicating with me should have been the absolute minimum.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had over a year of positive experiences with this company. I trusted them enough to allow them to keep my payment information on file for convenient ordering. That trust disappeared when my card was incorrectly charged and my attempts to get the resulting issue resolved were met with silence.

As a result, I have requested that all of my saved banking/payment information be removed from their system, and I will no longer be ordering from King Harvest Wellness.

Over a year of being a loyal customer ended over an error that was entirely theirs—not simply because the mistake happened, but because of how poorly they handled it afterward. When a business has access to a customer’s financial information, accountability, urgency, and communication should not be optional.

Once again I’m depending on KH to help me beat colon cancer. With much compassion and kindness Lee and Steph have me on an aggressive protocol. The plan worked in my lungs and now We Will bet this next issue no doubt. Thanks King Harvest 🙏

I already wrote a review but felt it wasn’t as specific as I’d like it to be. The medicine was effective for stg 4 cancer - imagine clearing something this scary in a matter of months. We have tried other suppliers and the medicine wasn’t as kind - often effective but overloaded the system in not the best of ways. Lee is very attentive and a good guy overall. Also, check out his awesome music!

I have been a customer for about a year and have placed numerous orders. Lee and his company are simply amazing. The products are top-notch and the service I have received is nothing short of excellent. Have any questions or concerns? Whatever the situation, they respond quickly and thoroughly. I'm just reading their response from February and also noticing all the fake 5 star reviews after I wrote the one star - SHADY. They did contact me but they definitely did NOT do "everything in their power". All they had to do was offer a replacement or a refund - I would have gladly accepted either and they did neither. They told me to warm it with a blow dryer. They are saying I received replacements at no charge? THAT IS A LIE. Why would they lie about this? This company is shadier than I even suspected! They delete all negative reviews from their site. They also sold me products that could actually make my tumors grow faster because they were hormone positive and CBD and THC are estrogenic. They should know better!!! So I wasted a LOT of money here - don't be dumb like me!
SHADY SHADY SHADY - BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS.
It really bothers me that they delete real reviews. Mine was on the new vapes that are TERRIBLE (skinny black ones). They are clogged 90% of the time and instead of taking care of it by replacing or return/refund they told me to warm them with a hair dryer (which I don't own) so I used my armpit and warming will get you a mouth full of gel (what a huge waste of money)! I spoke to two different people there - Jeff and someone who responded to my review before deleting it. I also had lots of mail issues on my end and they knew this and the last order did not include an apartment number (they blamed it on a software update) and I was so done with them that I was going to have it returned to sender - I totally regret not doing that because that was nearly $400 thrown in the trash (2 vapes - both with the same issues). Done.

We got hit pretty hard by this last Hurricane living in the south states. King harvest stepped in as I called to ask for help. I went from taking no medicine too three times day 20 pills each. My health is very bad and was admitted to hospital on top of losing power at our house. Sorry for my words don’t match. We have family in Florida as well. I’m slowing getting better with cbd JUST cartridge as I’m sensitive and don’t like the high effect. King Harvest i would highly recommend.

The medication we have gotten from King Harvest has been consistently therapeutic for us. The staff has also been a huge help in helping us understand products. They are full of knowledge. Shipping is fast and customer service is always on point.

The unwind drops help me sleep better than anything I’ve tried! Also I work with my hands and the emu oil has been great for my hands and period cramps.

I have recently been using the Restore tincture as a way to help with some pretty severe back pain. This stuff works amazingly… It only took about an hour for it to kick in and completely took away my pain. It didn’t affect my mental state, just depleted any pain I had. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone with body pain of any sort!
