My experience on re-mortgage with equity release was smooth purely because Merina (KingsGate Finance Mortgage Advisor) was very prompt and thorough in communicating the process throughout. Thanks to Sudip, my case manager, he was a lifesaver. He constantly followed up with the solicitor and estate agent on my behalf, ensuring things moved forward.
