Buying and selling simultaneously while taking on my first mortgage was a really scary unknown process, but Helen demystified the whole thing, explained everything at a level I could understand, and was so attentive the whole way through. You may wonder if you need a mortgage broker or whether you can "just google stuff" - trust me, it's money well spent!
