Good product, promptly delivered

We ordered a brass goose-neck faucet to go with a 60" white ceramic farmhouse sink I had ordered. (Fell in love with the sink). Turns out it was a lot harder than expected to match said sink with a necessary side-mount faucet. Hundreds on the market for counters, just a handful for the side! I needed brass to warm up an otherwise somber color scheme.
Kingston came in clutch with a couple beautiful designs. However, I had to give up a couple pretty important factors.
Yes, they are pricey-expected. The brass is heavy, beautifully formed and polished. We chose cross knobs. Easy on/off that don't 'squeeze' shut, just turn solid, means I can use just my wrist to turn on if my hands are very messy (it is a kitchen sink...) The finish seems to be holding up well (about 6 months of use now). To keep it perfectly shiny and deposit-free (hard water) I use a stainless metal spray on it occasionally.
PROBLEMS: The first set came in damaged after weeks waiting. Wasn't surprising as there was almost no packing! Seriously Kingston, some simple cardboard pieces would work! No excuse for such careless shipping practices. They rushed a second try. It also has a dent, but I had an install date. Oh well. There are no useful instructions. Honest to God, I went in the other room and cried. 2 plumbers were there for almost an entire day, had to go buy missing fittings needed to fit a farmhouse sink. The bill was punishing but I was stuck.
Now that's in and gleams in the sunlight, I adore it, but the goose neck is so deep that almost showers water outside of the sink! I mean, it is maybe 2 inches from the front! Perhaps it is designed to be installed on a wall above a bowl, but we must turn to the side. Thats fine. It doesn't have a sprayer. I've had to get used to that. (The sprayer option would hang too far into the sink well, getting gross.)
We also ordered matching under-sink parts. About half couldnt be used in our situation. We ended up using white pvc down pipe to go into the brass elbow. Looks fine! The little on/offs for underneath are darling! I love my sink, and let's face it, I chose my problems.
However, the instructions, maybe a help line for flumuxed plumber$, and packaging could easily be addressed by Kingston.

Quality Stuff

How about making a product that will outlast 2 years of purchasing. Made my remodel after 30 years of the same bathroom and looked for just the perfect faucet to make a pretty finish to my project, only to have the handles and sink drain flake off the finish. I worked with a few people to try to replace this faucet and only got the top part of my handles replaced.. looks aweful.. very disappointed in this company.. Im tired of hearing im sorry from them.
