Great product. Will defiantly order again

I install plumbing fixtures for a living. I am a licensed master plumber. Kingston Brass offers a superior product at a bargain price. Replacement repair cartridges are also available which makes buying this product a smart decision which will seem ever smarter years down the road when you can repair a faucet rather than deal with replacement. My customers love their faucets!

Kitchen faucet had 2 cold water indicators. No hot water indicator. It took 3 phone calls to get it corrected.

Maria was an extreme help on all aspects of this order. She helped me with shipping and all even though that wasn't even her doing. And great quality on the products I bought.

The toilet handle is great looking and very well made and looks so good in my old house. The only downside is that the screw which holds it in place is secured by a tiny set screw. This can come loose rather easily and I had to order a 2nd handle as the first one came off and broke when it hit the floor. It is a good product just that one little thing to be aware of.

Plumbing connections could have been easier (quick connects). Also the braded tubing is very nice, but the inside tubing was too rigid and was prone to kinking. I would recommend a more flexible braded tubing - or just tubing!

My Kingston bridge faucet started spraying water on my counter top. This was caused buy the plastic part in the aireator becoming clogged with scale. After soaking in vinagar it was better but still sprayed water on the counter top. I called Kingston and was informed I must purchase a new aireator for some $53.00 (with tax and UPS) and the would not sell me just the 75 cent plastic part. Seams to be a complete rip off and a convenience to Kinston to only inventory the complete aireator.

Product design terrible compared to competitors. Feed hoses kept crimping. Feed hoses not sold in stores or plumbing supply houses. Self install turned into weeks long $500 handyman install bill after several attempts. He said that of severel hundred faucet installs this was the worst designed he has ever seen. It took him 3.25 hours and finally stopped leaking after four attempts. Customer Service system needs help as well.

The faucet cost me $400 snd deteriorated by the finish coming off in less than a year causing my one year old counter to be stained . I then ordered new bases but realized those too would deteriorate therefore I returned them. It took me several tries to receive the rma number I had to reach out when credit was issued for my return. I would not recommend a Kingston faucet to anyone

Parts seemed to have gotten lost in shipment. It tracked to the date and place of the major deadly flooding in Texas. I contacted Kingston Brass and a part was resent quickly.

It was exactly the style and finish I needed

Continuing to have to buy replacement parts for a very expensive faucet! Poorly made and overpriced!

I was pleased as I browsed the Kingston online pages. I found a faucet in the finish I wanted and placed the order.

When the faucet arrived I was very pleased with the weight of the package.

Opening the package I found a well crafted faucet set. I was very pleased as I had not seen the Kingston brand in person.

I feel I received excellent value in a style and color I love.

I bought two faucets. Both come out crooked at a 2-3 degree angle. The metal strap and plunger combo were not long enough. Bought two metal straps to make it longer. Also had to buy 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 adapters (none provided). The cold water handle squeaks. The aerator holds back too much water. Low flow.

The kitchen faucet I got is amazing! Looks exactly like the faucet. I got the shipment quickly. And it was all so easy!

Well, I originally gave the shower handles a great review. However, within a couple of weeks, they broke and we had to glue them together. Then they broke again and more glue. I was really disappointed as they were expensive handles.

What made my experience was the customer service sales rep I spoke to. Not only did she take her time to address all my needs she actually made me feel like I was the only customer she was dealing with and not trying to get me off the phone to move on. This is the kind of service I wish all companies had!

I have ordered replacement parts for my Kingston Brass faucets before and have been happy with the service and the product. My Plummer RAVED about the quality of my faucets, which made my day! Thank you, Kingston Brass, for making my faucet purchase worth its weight in brass!
