Wouldn’t have used if realised you have to cover your own courier costs for returns, and have to print off a returns slip (this is in 2026!), and have to pay a fee on top!?! Also limited stock so c... もっと見る

Purchased some knee sleeves, unfortunately they split within around 5 uses. Contacted customer services who replaced them the following day, no issues at all! Knee sleeves themselves are great.
The test of a business is what happens when something goes wrong as even the best systems have issues at times, and nobody is perfect. A couple of minor issues occurred with my order (item out of stoc... もっと見る
Orders placed with Kitbox consistently arrive faster than other online retailers like Nike and Reebok. Don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 3 days from order to delivery. Prices are very competiti... もっと見る

Not good value for money
Ordered two skipping ropes for £19, custom made..apparently, with our names on etc.
Omg the shock, when the item arrived, it looked like it was around £5 and our names looked like it had been stuck on the rope lol. Not at all worth the £19 at all, trying to return it but not hopeful as it was “custom” made!

Hi Romaine
Apologies you are not satisfied with your ropes, I would recommend you persevere with the rope as SGF are an extremely popular brand with many happy users.
As you correctly point out the rope is custom made to your height, so we cannot accept a return in this instance.

Adapts to fit tricky areas
Terrific tape for tricky areas, like the base of the thumbs. Stays in place during long, sweaty workouts.

Outstanding Customer service
Outstanding Customer service. I’d left ordering vital kit for a competition to the last minute and Jamie bent over backwards to make sure that everything was ordered and delivered in time! The email replies were prompt and amazingly friendly. The kit is great quality at great price points. I couldn’t recommend KITBOX enough. 5* all day long

This product is fantastic
This product is fantastic. However only 4 stars because your website uses the same description for two different products. 3 ladies from my gym have not ended up with what they want ( the Grey Kevlar ones) and the leather alternative is no where near as good. You also won’t exchange back when this is pointed out yo you. This is poor form and damaging to your repretation. You need to resolve the description issues and change over the grips. It’s the decent thing to do .

Pre ordered some V Grips
Pre ordered some V Grips, heard lots about these how good they are. I was hoping to get them before the last Crossfit Open WOD. Emailed Jamie asking if this was possible. A propped reply came back saying they will be in towards the end of the week hopefully. We will then send them straight away. Great news they turned up today. EXCELLENT service. 👊🏻
