Huge thanks to Jenny for looking after Max whist I was on holiday! I loved the daily updates and photos! It was very comforting to know he was being well looked after whilst I was away. Highly recommend the service and I have booked again for my next trip.

I was on my first holiday abroad in 2 years since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes. A friend was looking after my cat but on the first insulin injection after we left, my cat decided she didn’t want anyone near her. Having just landed in Greece to this news, and 2 different people being unable to administer the meds, I was stressed and emotional about my pet’s wellbeing and convinced I was going to have to come straight home.
I found Kitty Angels online and emailed them at 6am in the morning. At 6.45am, Jenny called me and reassured me that they could help, showed a huge amount of empathy and calmed me down. 30 mins later I had a call from Sharlene, who took some more info about what was needed and again reassured me (despite my emotional state!). She instantly said she would go twice a day for 10 days to help with the injections. No hesitations, just calm reassurance. After the first one went fine that evening, I could then feel comfortable my cat would be ok and relax a little. Cannot thank Jenny and Sharlene enough.

We recently used Kitty Angels (Central Birmingham) for the first time, to catsit while we were on holiday. The service was very professional and personable, and we appreciated the regular updates and attention to detail. We would be happy to use the service again and to recommend it.

I've used KA in Stourbridge for a few years now to look after my elderly cat who needs regular medication. She loves them!
They always provide an excellent service and I'm reassured that she is eating, having her meds and also know that they spend time with her as she likes to be sociable.

We used Kitty Angels for the first time to look after our two cats whilst we were away.

The communication is excellent with messages and pictures. It’s helped reassure us that our fur babies were absolutely fine 😊 We were very happy with the overall service that was received.

Faith even managed to get one of our super shy cats out to say hello!

we have just back home from our holidays and our cat Arthur was taken care of by Liz. We found Arthur very calm, happy, very relaxed, really happy of his days with Liz. At each visit Liz sent us photos and updates on our cat. She followed all our instructions making our holidays more peaceful. she was so sweet to leave us some milk and bread, and she left some treats for Arthur, his favourites. It was our first time with Kitty Angels and it will be our choice every time we go on holiday. Liz is really sweet, attentive and available. And we are happy that Arthur really enjoyed her company.

We've used other services in the past - some good, some not so good, but after finding Kitty Angels we have never been so happy. We have used Kitty Angels now around 8 times for both the occasional single day and also to cover 7 day+ holidays or trips away.

We get updates each visit that we always look forward to no matter where we are, and our three absolutely love the visits tooo. This isn't an easy thing to achieve as one of them is very nervous around people, yet is now very comfortable and looks forward to her Kitty Angel arriving to feed and play!

For us, having someone who genuinely cares come to our house where our cats feel comfortable and happy and be looked after, plus the fact they are at the house twice a day meaning post is brought in and curtains open and closed, is infinitely better than a cattery.

Letting someone have access to your home is always a risk and not something we would do without careful consideration. If you're worried about this aspect - don't be, you are absolutely in safe hands.

We now always feel happy when we're away, and would never use anyone else!

I always use Kitty Angels Stourbridge when I go on holiday and Lynny looks after my cat so well! I love all the updates it definitely puts my mund at rest while I can relax on holiday. They are always truthful about anything that happens like my cat was sick and how they cleaned it up to the fact my fire alarm was bleeping because the batteries were dead. Would deffo recommend!

I have used Kitty Angels for many years and they always provide an excellent service. The sitters are friendly and helpful and are always willing to do anything to help. My cats love them and are always happy and content when I return. Highly recommended!!

This is the 3rd time we have used Kitty Angels. We have an elderly boy Tom who has to have medication twice daily. They do everything that is needed and also give lots of fusses and treat at the visits.
The Whattsapp page is great as they send messages at each visit and lots of photos.
I would totally recommend them as they give you peace of mind when leaving your beloved fur babies.

I have been using Kitty Angels for several years and I am so pleased with the service they offer.
My cat is very happy and relaxed being looked after in her own home. The team are wonderful and love like she was their own. They send me lovely little updates with photos and videos and I can go away knowing that my cat is being extremely well looked after.

We were recommended to use Kitty Angels and we are so happy we did, our fur babies loved Vikki as soon as she walked through the door. We were kept put date daily with lovely stores and photos, they were cared for and loved. We are booking Kitty Angels again this year for our next break. Well done guys 💞

I’ve been using Kitty Angels for a while now, and it’s always a 5 star experience. The staff are all cat lovers / owners, and fully understand their needs and quirks. My cat is getting older and needs daily medication, but I know that she is so well looked after by KA that I have complete peace of mind while I am away. It’s so lovely to get the daily updates including photos, and know that she is getting plenty of fuss and attention during the visits. I used to use a cattery, but wouldn’t ever consider that now, as my cat is so much happier in her own surroundings with visits from KA. I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Kitty's Angels. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. Jean, who handled my booking, was absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful.

Lynny looked after my 3 cats while I was away on a weekend break, and she was fantastic. She visited beforehand to introduce herself and learn their routine, which really helped put my mind at ease. While I was away, I received plenty of photos with amusing captions that kept me smiling. When I returned, I found a thoughtful note and some chocolates—a really lovely touch.

It’s always hard to leave your pets, but I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in Lynny’s caring and reliable hands. It was also reassuring to know that other ‘angels’ were available if Lynny couldn’t make it for any reason. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kitty's Angels again—absolutely brilliant service!

They are highly flexible and accommodating, making scheduling straightforward and stress-free.
I receive detailed updates, including photos and videos, after each visit, which offers great reassurance.
They are also capable of administering medications as required, and provide additional services such as watering plants, taking out the bins, and maintaining a tidy environment.
Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for my little putty tat and home mean I would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking exceptional pet care.

Used Kitty Angels Stourbridge to look after our cat while we were away. Excellent service especially from Lynny who looked after Amber, we have daily pictures and updates so we can see how she is doing. Their staff are extremely reliable & so caring, they really do make you going away less of a worry when you leave your fur baby alone.
