We cannot praise the Kitty Angels team enough for their care and consideration. Our summer holiday was enhanced by the reassurance of the team’s visits to our home as they looked after our cat each day.

Brilliant service in Edgbaston. Years of care; peace of mind, thoughtful touches, great daily photos… and the cat loves them!

Kitty Angels offer a superb service. Our cat is happy - so we are happy. They also watered our houseplants ! Highly recommended.

We recently had a family emergency and had no one to look after our two cats. We contacted Kitty Angels at very short notice and our minds were put to rest immediately. Ellie responded so quickly and reassured us that our cats would be well looked after.
Ellie kept in contact with us and let us know when she would be visiting. She followed our instructions to the letter and even checked that we had locked up the house properly!
Whilst Ellie was in our home she messaged us about our cats and sent some gorgeous photographs of them. I think Ellie should take up animal photography, I don’t know how she got such beautiful photos!
We were so impressed with Kitty Angels service, we cannot recommend highly enough. We will certainly be using them again!

First time using a cat sitter and glad we found Kitty Angels... friendly people who clearly have a passion for cats. They were professional and visited as agreed every day to feed our cat. They played with her and watered the plants when needed. The daily photos and leaving us with some crumpets and milk for our return from holiday was a lovely touch! Will definitely use again in the future.

A cat specialist, visits include feeding, changing water, cleaning the litter tray, playtime, cuddles and regular updates.

I have always been impressed that Kitty Angels are interested to get know and understand each cat, individual personalities and therefore are proactive in asking questions about their routine, likes and dislikes.

They ensure that they are aware of any medical needs and who to call in an emergency and can be relied upon to act in your cat’s best interests at all times. 

My cats love Bridget, I always return to happy, contented cats and a scrupulously clean home.
I can see that they are completely relaxed in her company and trust her completely.
I have always found her to be experienced, reliable, caring and competent.

I know that it is less stressful for cats to be cared for in their own homes and with a cat sitter who loves cats; they really enjoy the experience. It’s so reassuring for owners.

This was our first time using Kitty Angels and we can’t recommend them enough. Laura looked after Tico and Liberty for us for 2 weeks, she sent updates at every visit and even went above and beyond when we had a leak at our home, she cleaned it all up and helped to prevent further issues until our builder could attend. We came back home to two very happy cats who looked healthy and well cared for. They are a god send as I feel that you can relax and enjoy your trip knowing that our cats were in the comfort of their own home being cared for brilliantly. I can’t recommend Kitty Angels enough. My cat is always well looked after and gets lots of fuss while I am away.

This was our first time using a cat sitting service and we were a bit nervous. But we had no reason to be. Our Angel Tash was brilliant, and sent us so many photos and videos of our 2 cats, meaning we could relax and enjoy our weekend again. We will recommend to other cat owners and we'll definitely be booking in the future.

We have been using Kitty Angels to look after our Pifkin Beast for at least ten years, they have always been brilliant and looked after our house cat very well. We are so grateful and they regularly go above and beyond to make sure everything is fine, so there's absolutely no need to worry while we are away.

Having Kitty Angels look after our two cats whilst we’re away is always so reassuring. This is especially so for my daughter who worries about them but the daily updates and photos are something she, (well, all of us!) really look forward to! Also, the photos are always great! So much better than I take! You can tell the KA’s really do love cats and care about them. I always get my dates in as soon as I know we’re away as they get booked up- fast! Thanks again everyone.

This was the first time we have used cat-sitters rather than family members so we were a bit anxious but everything was absolutely brilliant.

Ellie was really friendly and made sure she had a very thorough handover. The ladies who came to visit our cats were fabulous and sent us lovely updates and pictures and did some little extras which were really appreciated.

Communication was excellent throughout and the cats were happy, absolutely brilliant service.

I want to give a particular shout out to Steph. One of our cats decided to go AWOL and we were very worried - she went above and beyond to get our cat back home during the visits (talking to neighbours, dropping notes around our grove and even a rescue mission!)

I cannot recommend Kitty angels enough! This was my our first time using a cat sitter for our two cats, and I have nothing but positive praise for this company.

The updates and photos from each visit were excellent and it was clear how comfortable both of our cats instantly became with both Ellie and Kate.

They provided us with the reassurance we all needed and I have no reservations in using Kitty Angels again.

It’s so reassuring having Kitty Angels looking after my 3 cats when I’m away. Daily updates and photos put my mind at rest that they are all happy. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Ellie and the team take all of the stress out of going away. Leaving our two bengals is always hard, but knowing that they're being so well looked after while we're gone really does put our minds at rest.

Our visit updates always make us smile and we always come back to relaxed, happy cats!

We were privileged enough to have Jeanette from Kitty Angels in to look after Molly, our tux, for three days. She made sure Molly had plenty of food, treats, games and attention; she also sent regular updates about how they were getting on (complete with photos) - which proved we had a very happy cat!

We cannot recommend Kitty Angels enough; from our experience our girl has been so much happier than being put in a cattery.
