Than we go to taxi and found a taxi operator who put za in car , arriving on Shangri la hotel driver want a payment for drive, although drive was paid 51 USD, and driver with taxi meter gave za recepie od 21 yuan. Price was to high on Internet. We do not advise to buy kiwi taxi service online. Other car - van di not showed up.

I was at first apprehensive, booking a taxi to the airport in Bangkok from a non local company. But it all worked out well. I had Qs that I emailed about, and got good answers so I felt more comfortable. Jump to the day before pickupâŠI got a WhatsApp message from the driver, which made me feel better about things. I messaged him with a Q, and got a response. The morning of pickup he was there on time, even a little early. With a sign w my name.
One hiccupâŠhe was a young seemingly new driver. He had difficulty finding the exit to the port, and then at an exit, we waited in line 15 minutes before heâd realized he shouldnât be taking that exit. And we moved on w our 1.5+ hr drive to the airport. We stressed a bit, but we made it to the airport on time. New driver we thought.
But bottom line, all was good, very nice and clean car, reasonable $. I would recommend this service and use them again.

We booked a Taxi on Tenerife to the airport. We got a number of the driver which did not exist and on Driver contacted us. The Company told me the driver would have tried to phone me what was definetly not true.
The information about the car with the licence plate for the identification was wrong. At least -we were in hurry to get our airplane- we decided to take a licened Taxi; just in this moment the driver came with a plate on which we could read our name. Finally we reached our flight but till the last minute we could not rely on the Kiwi Taxi picking us up.

Good afternoon, this is my feedback on using your service. Dear representatives of the company, the point of the transfer is the speed of delivery and the service.
1. I booked a transfer with you, came to the meeting, and waited for 40 minutes before my car was brought (since 8:30 up to the 9:12). My next flight from IST was very close to time of transfer arriving because of your service late).
2. â I spent most of my time waiting outside near the place where the cars are parked with their engines running. This area is not designed for such long waiting periods.
3. Your agent on the spot was unable to answer when the car would be available and suggested waiting. It should be noted that he was not friendly.
This is not the quality of service described on your website or something I would be wanted to return to.
