Website advertises Free Returns, even when you put your locations as US, but they actually charge you 30 Euros for the return (after paying 30 for the initial shipping). This makes it very difficult to go about finding your correct size.

I had previously bought two size 43 shoes with them, and decided to get 43 in a different model, and they were too big. You’d think they would suggest sizing down on their website.

Poor customer service, won’t be purchasing Kleman anymore.

Their Accore VGT loafers are not worth the price. I bought a pair in black and the dye wore off after hardly any use, leaving an ugly brown patch on the heel. I contacted Kleman about this, and was told this was normal (though they are not advertised as rub-off). I brought the shoes to my cobbler, who informed me that the quality of leather and dye job is not the best. In summary, the quality does not match the price point being paid here.

J’en ai deux paires et je ne comprends pas les avis positifs sur la marque, les cuirs sont de mauvaise qualité, raides puis faisant plein de pliures disgracieuses et elles ne sont pas confortables du tout. Preuve que le made in France n’est pas forcément synonyme de qualité
