I purchased 4 houses and one of them


I purchased 4 houses and one of them arrived without the liquor inside. Otherwise, the purchase process was good.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that one of the houses no longer contained the liquor inside.

With original KLM houses, this can occasionally happen (1%) over time due to evaporation/leakage through the porcelain.

The purchase was super easy, a glitch was immediately supported and fixed. The miniatures arrived in perfect condition as promised. I will purchase again!

For your own privacy and security, we kindly recommend not posting your reference number or tracking ID publicly.

Luckily, all our parcels are shipped insured. If the package cannot be found, we will of course send you a new book.

Great but beware of import charges

The houses are just what I wanted and arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped. However, at no point during the buying process do I see any mention of needing to pay import charges and now I have an extra £48 to pay which I hadn’t factored in - this needs to be made a lot clearer before customers complete their transactions.

Since this year, all packages with a value of 100,- and higher to the US need to pay taxes and import duties.
