We're sorry to hear that the Medium shade appeared much darker than you expected. We understand how frustrating that can be when you're looking for a natural, seamless match.

A few things we normally suggest:

-Use much less product than you think you need, as even a tiny amount goes a long way.
-Apply your Day Cream first and let it fully absorb before applying the concealing cream.
-Blend well and focus only on the areas that need coverage.
-Applying too much product can sometimes make the shade appear darker or more noticeable on the skin.

We'll also be reaching out to you personally to see how we can help and determine whether a different shade may be a better fit. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to make this right.
