From start to finish I can honestly say that KMC have been brilliant!! Katie Bracegirdle, was nothing short of fantastic and I am so grateful to her and the team for making the process of purchasing a house (which is a big undertaking) so easy.
They genuinely seem to care which made all the difference. The app was helpful but Katie would go out of her way to call me with any specific updates, which was so reassuring

Particularly challenging when dealing with a housing association for my purchase who were not the quickest to respond when requested to provide information. Lorna pulled out all the stops to make the sale and purchase complete at the same time. Very professional and efficient service and I would highly recommend Lorna and the team at the Heswall office. I can only praise kmc for the hard work, compassion and dedication during what turned out to be a tough case purchasing my new home. Sulin was amazing keeping me up to date and her dedication was to the end when she called me to say we had completed. Though I did not speak with Ben much he was doing his job in the background and pushing for things to be done, but was excellent when I spoke with him. Last but no means least Paige on reception, Paige was always at the end of the phone updating me and also just a friendly voice on the phone when things got tough and there were some tough moments I thought I would lose my house. I have been using KMC legal 5 times in last few month.
whatever buying or selling property, everytime when I check the progress, The answer is always that we are waiting the response from other side.
