I had seen a DCCConcepts Cobalt Alpha Encoder a few months back at a discounted price. However when I contacted KMS none were in stock but on order. I kept an eye on the KMS website and found that the item had been restocked at the same discounted price and I received it within hree days.

Order was well packaged and arrived at my doorstep in Australia just a week after ordering!

Long lead time. The only problem was it took months for the item to return to stock prior to shipping.

My Accurascale Class 66 was delivered very quickly in perfect condition; the last 66763 I could find from any dealer at the normal price.

Sold me in stock item that wasnt in stock and waited ages for refund despite requests. Kept blaming their suppliers.Had cheek halfway through dispute of sending another part order which was no good to me without the stock they hadnt got.
Seems regular occurrence.

While what I ordered wasn’t in stock, a replacement option was offered very quickly and with little issue. Great customer service
