I ordered a bra and it didn’t fit. After trying on the wireless sports bra even though it was to small convinced me that if I had the correct size it will be an excellent bra for my large breast size. Customer service reviewed with me the correct way to measure for a better fit. The ease of returning the bra that did not fit and reordering the correct size was very easy. Within a few days I had received the correct bra and as expected it is perfect. After wearing several times and working out in it; as I expected it has been great.

Great customer service and quality of bras! I have many products from here and will continue to buy from here!

I have ordered many items from Knix and have not been disappointed.

Female cyclists know this!! Knix’s will make your ride that much more padded! My cycling shorts were not hitting the right feminine parts. One day I was wearing my Knix’s and no pain! Now I save them for cycling! About to buy a few more pairs as they are also great to wear every day!! Thanks Knix for a great product!!

Excellent customer service! Shamita was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in resolving an issue with my shipping address. Instead of simply telling me the address couldn’t be changed, she took the extra step to create a new order with the correct address and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated her communication and willingness to help. She made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. Thank you, Shamita,for the outstanding customer service!

Extremely Frustrating Shipping & Customer Service Experience

I placed an order with Knix on August 3, 2026, for nearly $100. More than a week later, my tracking still shows only “Label Created.” There has been no indication from the carrier that they have actually received the package.

What has made this experience so frustrating is the complete lack of accessible customer service.

I have emailed Knix multiple times and have now gone three days without a response. I have called their customer service number, but no one answers; the recording simply says no one is available and directs customers to use live chat.

So I tried live chat — except there doesn’t appear to actually be a live chat. Instead, I receive a message thanking me for reaching out and saying someone will contact me by email. No one has.

I was previously assured that my order had shipped, yet the tracking continues to show only “Label Created.” If the carrier has never scanned or received the package, I don’t understand how Knix can confidently tell me it shipped.

At this point, I have tried email, phone, and the advertised live-chat option, and I still cannot get an answer about an order for which Knix has already taken nearly $100 of my money.

I have now requested that the order be cancelled and refunded. I would have been perfectly happy to receive the products I ordered, but the lack of communication and inability to reach an actual person has turned what should have been a simple online purchase into an incredibly frustrating experience.

For a company of this size, customers should not have to chase down multiple communication channels just to find out whether their paid order ever actually left the warehouse.

Although I spent many hours in the store, the staff in the changing room at the Toronto Premium Outlets location was so patient in offering advice and guidance. As my sizes weren't available in store in the colours I wanted, the store was able to help me ship them to my apartment free of charge.

When reaching out to the online customer service to inquire about returns and sizing, Alex B. was quick to respond with detailed and helpful support specific to my order.

I really appreciate how thoughtful the return experience is, as a small-band, large-cup girlie, the most frustrating part of shopping for bras is the stress of return/exchanges (timely or costly) - Knix made it stress-free.

Although I would say the cup shapes are a bit too curved/small for the bra fabric size of the 32DDD bras, I still give this 5 stars as I was able to try them and return them easily!

I had a problem getting the code to accept on my order on Aug 5th. It finally accepted after entering everything twice. I inadvertently ordered four Luvlift V neck tanks instead of three. I spoke to Catherine in Customer Service. She so kindly gave me a discount which was very unexpected.
I love the tank which my daughter talked me into trying. She has used your products for years. Eileen Beck.

I had a great experience with Knix Customer Support, especially with Shamita. I reached out because I was having trouble redeeming a gift card I had won through a giveaway, and Shamita was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process.

Even though the original gift card couldn’t be located or validated, she took the time to investigate and made sure the issue was fully resolved by issuing me a store credit. Everything worked perfectly afterward, and the whole experience was handled smoothly and professionally.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and reach out to customer service. They were so helpful with canceling my order so I could fix it. They were very responsive and easy to talk to.

I am a long time Knix customer. What I bought years ago held up for a long time but recently it was time to replace a couple pairs. I am so disappointed with my last two pairs. The most recent pair of Knix leakproof underwear I bought only lasted a few months before they started coming unglued. And this is with carefully following the laundering instructions. Also, the last time I wore one of my two newer pairs, which was maybe the 4th time total wearing that pair, they did not hold even one tampons worth of leakage from my period. It was the same as wearing regular non leakproof panties. I have found other brands that are easier to care for, last longer, and have superior leak protection so I will not be buying from Knix again. They used to be so good but now are not worth it.

After having an issue with a return, I reached out to explain, not expecting it to be resolved, but hoping the issue would be resolved for other customers. I'm glad I did! Alex B. provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue so I received the best possible outcome. I was surprised and relieved - thank you!
