Knott Brothers Limited レビュー

Friendly and professional, the office team are super efficient and the onsite surveyors knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The report was thorough and arrived quickly.

Craig did an excellent job with our snag survey. He was very knowledgeable about the work and did a thorough inspection of our house. The report we got was detailed and I'm very satisfied with the service. Will be recommending to our friends and family.

Excellent, friendly supportive and great detailed report

The process was seamless and communication was great. Thorough report which was sent on the same day after the survey done by Sorin.

Really helpful when booking a last minute survey. Impressive report with clear but detailed instructions/comments with a very rapid turnaround, which was sent to the builders for further action. Would definitely recommend Knott Brothers services.

Hollie took the stress out of arranging the snagging survey. She explained the process so clearly.
She almost literally lifted a huge weight off our shoulders.

Adam (the surveyor) did a thorough job, completed the report and sent it over within hours of doing the survey. He also forwarded on the report to the developer on the same day.

Top class service all the way. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a snagging survey done.

Great service. Amazing attention to detail from getting booked in to the house being looked at report was sent in a timely manner and all staff involved was extremely friendly and accomdating to our every need would highly recommend

Highly recommended to anyone who needs a snagging survey. Their attention to detail is really commendable.

Good pricing, and very thorough. I received my report straight away, surprisingly fast. The report was very easy to understand with clear pictures which showed the issue described,
plus there were red circles where necessary.

Hollie was really helpful with the booking process, explained all the differences between pre and post completion surveys. Sorin who came on the day was very thorough with his inspection and very polite, and sent through the report very quickly. Thank you!

A great job was done to detail, besides the impediments. The surveyor went the extra mile and sent the report to the builder after consulting me first.

Further the arrangements for the inspection was well done by their office. Information flowed smoothly. A great system they have. I will recommend them to anyone, anytime and any day.

Great, in depth knowledge. Acknowledged concerns we have as homeowners. Report was clear with explanations, and sent on the same day! Would highly recommend!

Really pleased I chose this company to provide my snagging assessment.
I thought I and my daughter were thorough when we attended our completion/assessment on my new build home. In looking for any issues that needed further attention on our final visit.
I asked her if we had gone in with our eyes closed. After seeing the snagging report.
We picked a few things out but WoW.
What a service we received from the Knott Brothers.
All I can say is it was value for
the fee I paid.
I would strongly recommend the company.
Certainly when buying a new build.Thank You.

Really quick service and in depth report!

A very helpful report. We would not have spotted some important problems. We were very grateful to have the opportunity to talk through the snags with a qualified surveyor.

Whilst in the process of purchasing our new build home we made the decision that we wanted it to be properly snag surveyed. This was one of the best descions we could have made.

From the moment we made contact and started communicating with Hollie it has been a smooth and stress free process.

The report that we received was clear and very detailed.

I cannot fault the professionalism of the team and would highly recommend them to any others that require this service.

I had a recent survey for my property by Adam from Knott brothers who was very professional, offered the right advice and provided a detailed report that is immensely beneficial. Adam was able to identify numerous snags that we will be getting sorted with the builders. The Knott brothers are certified and excellent in their field of expertise. Adam is patient, dedicated and thorough in the survey. We had issues with Avant homes during the sales process and did not want to complete home sales without having a detailed survey. We are now able to submit all the identified snags with pictorial evidence and thermal imaging to the builders. I would highly recommend the Knott brothers.

The whole team is great. I strongly recommend them to my friends.

The best price I found for my snagging survey, really easy to contact and communicate with, and the quality of the survey was excellent. I dread to think what I would have done without it. Thank you!

Knott Brothers are extremely professional and offer a high level of service! I had a level 3 buildings survey carried out with them. They kept me updated throughout the process, the report was extremely detailed and easy to read. Knott Brothers carried out research on the property and area prior to visiting the house and dedicated time to speak with me after issuing the report to run through all my questions and concerns. Hollie, Craig and Adam are extremely friendly and efficient and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
