Absolutely brilliant. Clients getto choose which platform they want to connect on, i can ask for details beforehand, all done in their time zone and automatically translates into mine, no more calculations. Automatically places on my calendar too. I could not ask for more.

One it takes away the headache of scheduling and works mostly seamlessly. And, when I do have problems the teams is always quick to help and find solutions.

I'm so thankful for Koalendar, which makes it possible for small business owners like me to organize appointments. It's like having my own receptionist. The price point is perfect for a single-owner like me, as I can't afford the high-end programs. The most valuable thing about Koalendar is that they have SMS appointment reminders, which helps prevent no-shows. The program is so customizable, I swear they've thought of every possible customization a business could ever need, and they are continuously making improvements. The customer service is also top-notch and they have always helped me out when needed. Highly, highly recommend them for appointment software!

Affordable, intuitive and simple setup for a newbie website builder like me! The team at Koalendar has been great with quickly responding to my problems as well! I am pleased and humbled to say all of my “problems” were not actually glitches on the koalendar side at all - but my small blunders, like forgetting that I put limits on how many appointments could be booked in a day, and not realizing that koalendar won’t mark an appt as available if I already have that time blocked off for a prior commitment in my synced outlook calendar.. so far it’s been such a great experience, koalendar saves me SO much time!!
