I am new to doing business of any kind, let alone online, so I cannot express how grateful I am for companies like Koalendar. Not only is their booking app reasonably priced, it is also fairly straightforward to navigate. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful, as well as open to feedback on how to improve their product and services even more. I highly recommend Kaolendar for everyone's booking needs!

I managed to accidentally delete my booking page. 😐 I emailed Koalendar support hoping there was some magical way to get it back. Less than two hours later, I received a friendly response from Matthew with the news that he had already restored it for me! No autoresponder email that they had received my message and I'll hear back someday, no complicated recovery process, and no making me feel like an idiot for deleting it. Just fast, friendly, and competent customer service!

To add my events to my Koalendar. No Google Calendar, because to do not mix Koalendar to Google Calendar. The company make events...

I had previously written a bad review as Koalander had charged me while I thought I was on free trial. Since then they have refunded my money. Please disregard my initial 1 review

Very practical, sync without any issues with different calendars.
The interface could be a little more user friendly but otherwise great (free) tool.

Great free tier options—love that it allows for multiple businesses (with branding!) and time durations under one free account. Easy to set up and modify. Paid account looks very robust, including payment collection, reminders, and questionnaires built into the scheduler.

This is excellent for managing and scheduling my appointments online. Lets clients book my time effortlessly.

Koalendar is absolutely GREAT! Customer Service is AMAZING! Koalendar is an exceptional tool that I use across all three of my ventures: a for-profit consulting firm, a nonprofit organization, and a bartending business. It perfectly meets the diverse scheduling and coordination needs of each entity, helping me streamline my operations and grow my businesses effectively. So far, so great!
After trying to use the Booking feature from Google and totally despairing with it, and Calendly wasn't an option either, I found Koalendar and didn't think twice about it!!

I'm a pharmacist responsible for the purchases, establishing partnerships with the pharmaceutical Labs, and adapting the variety stock of products and defining advisory preferences for my colleagues at the counter.

As you can imagine, in a role like this i am buried in tentatives of contacts to book meetings, from the usual labs, and also from new ones. And finding schedules that suit both sides sometimes can be overwhelming and very time/patience consuming!!

But not anymore!!
I synchronize my meetings availability with other professional requirements and also personal live events - to block those hours from Koalender.

Another great feature for me, is that I can keep private my contact number and my email.

We can personalise almost everything, and then just send the booking link as a reply to the meeting request, via sms, whatsapp or email!

It is saving me from so many interruptions, distractions and sparing me from mental drainage...!
I have it for a few weeks ago and already can't imagine my life without it! And the labs are also impressed and thankful for having implemented this idea.

It's a total WIN - WIN - WIN (me, the labs, koalendar) feature!!!

Oh, and I couldn't finish without praising Mathew's availability and help during those first few days.

Fantastic booking app, which I have used for many years without any issues. It has a very simple set up process, links with Stripe, Google Meet, Teams and Zoom seamlessly and has everything you need to manage your business bookings online. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best booking software for integrating into a website at an insanely low price! The functionality is top-notch. It's easy to setup and use. The user experience for my clients is beautiful and uncomplicated. And when I needed support because of my own mistake, I got a REAL HUMAN who was quick, kind, and super helpful. I use Koalendar for hourly service and virtual event booking, and I've integrated it into a Joomla website and Thinkific (which doesn't do booking). Amazing product!

Après avoir essayé pas mal d'autres logiciels, je me devais de vous dire que votre logiciel et application fonctionne superbement bien pour mon entreprise ! J'en suis ravie ! La synchronisation avec l'agenda google fonctionne du tonnerre, les modifications enregistré s'affiche sans délais, les emails de rappel et de confirmation son super. Enfin bref c'est l'application qu'il me faut sans superflu tout en étant hyper fourni et efficace pour un prix vraiment convenable.
Merci à vous koalandar pour votre logiciel.
Je passe sans soucis à la version pro aujourd'hui.
