Easy to use and customize! Great Price!
If you don’t need a calendar or booking system that is too advanced, this one is great.

I am using Koalendar for my small business. I have found it to be consistent and good. The booking process for customers is smooth and easy. My customers have found it easy to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Very thrilled to have found Koalendar. Great options, features, and user experience. We use it for student sign-ups and the customer service has been extremely prompt, helpful, and effortless. Highly recommend for small businesses like ours. Easy to use at a great price that doesn't break the bank like other subscriptions! I switched to Koalendar a few months ago and it has been excellent. Setting up my availability and booking pages took just a few minutes, and the Google Calendar sync works flawlessly: no double bookings, no manual checks. The interface is clean and my clients always find the booking process simple and fast.

What really stands out is how much you get for free compared to other tools. Unlimited booking pages, automated email confirmations and reminders, and a polished experience without the usual paywall on basic features. Honestly a great product, I recommend it to anyone who needs simple online scheduling.

Koalendar really is extremely flexible, easy to use, and a great option at an affordable price for small teams. In the past, I've used Calendly, TidyCal, SimplyBookMe, Setmore, and another one that started with a U or an O (I think) that auto-blocked time so your calendar didn't make you look super available. That one was super convoluted and its UX was majorly frustrating. Koalendar has a similar amount of features, but everything is VERY easy to use and makes sense at face value. I haven't had to "read the support docs" just to figure out basic features. And the owner (I think) cheerily and quickly helped me with a question I finally had after months of using the service. Strongly recommend Koalendar.

I absolutely LOVE this service! I was looking for a way to let clients know what services they can book and when I'm available and Koalendar solved my problem. It integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar and my clients get a reminder...I couldn't be happier!

Wish I had discovered Koalendar earlier - so easy to set up and manage and makes bookings so much easier with email follow ups etc.

I am using this for mentorship calls with my yoga students. I was having trouble with the app and Matthew from the support team was super responsive and helpful.

Brilliant. Initial impressions are excellent. I teach Pilates and have transferred to Koalendar for my class bookings. Not only is the product very easy to set up and use but the customer service has been excellent. I had a query and Matthew Stevens resolved it super quickly. I used to work in cloud software so have a good idea what excellent should look like.
