Good but shipping took forever.
They made me feel better when they addressed the shipping but the shipping took months for me and even longer for others. Otherwise the product is amazing and one of a kind! Whole wardrobe is kollar

Awesome brand
Awesome brand. The prices are a bit high but you truly get what you pay for nowadays. Loved every single thing I've ever boughten from this brand. The only thing I would like to see more of is cropped options for pants. I am 5'5 and it's hard to find pants that actually fit me length-wise and don't have to be rolled up a million times. My favorite pair of pants ever are the cargo cropped ones I forgot the actual name of them but they're my favorite pants ever!

Made an order on the 28th of November and it is now the 9th of January and I have still received my order! The tracking says that the shipping label was created but there have been no further updates... This was meant to be an Xmas gift and Kollar have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with! Great clothes but terrible distribution and shipping.

I live in Vietnam where its time for receiving stuffs is longer than most of you. In this situation I do not know if every BF sales was like this or not but the disaster was happened which no one want. Poor customer service
Iâve been a frequent buyer of Kollar Clothing and have never experienced such poor customer service over the past 3 years Iâve been buying your products. I placed my order in November and still havenât received my package. I understand youâre using the weather conditions in BC as an excuse for why my package hasnât been delivered. However it has been a totally unacceptable amount of time considering how long ago I placed my order. You guys need to find a way to get your products to your customers otherwise youâll lose all your business and leave a lot of people unhappy like myself. Please just get my 2 pairs of jeans I ordered on a truck or plane or something and just get me my order already. This is beyond ridiculous as the floods in BC were 2 months ago. Iâm sure you could find a way to send your products out that YOU OWE to your customers.

Youâre Still the goat but wasnât too impressed with my order
David your brand is so sick! As a designer who knows quality denim when I see it your denim the first time I got it was amazing. This time my most constructive criticism is that this pair of denim was a bit of a let down. I bought it before vacation and have worn them a handful of times already since the Black Friday sale. The only problem is the wash. The black without the distressing I thought I was purchasing looks way darker on the site. I was quite disappointment because the jeans are expensive but that I lf I knew they wouldnât be pitch dark black I wouldnât have even bought them. I was looking for a something like the photo on the site but am not sure if I received a bad pair or why the colour seems almost greyish black
